Tonight me and my grandchildren went and had our nails and toes done I asked for me and my granddaughter to have regular nail polish so they painted our toes then went to desk for nails told them I wanted regular nail polish well when the lady started painting my nails it was thick and clumpy they put second coat and top coat all at once I said your suppost to let dry between coats the lady said it will be ok they told me to keep nails under dryer for 10 mins so I did then when time was up I went to the bathroom when I gently dried my hands the polish slid right on off. I showed owner and she was very rude and told me that's what happens when you get regular polish I reply no regular polish don't just slide off. So she sends a boy to do my nails and when he took the polish out the box it said gel polish I told him I wanted regular polish he said it is regular he put 2 coats back to back and top coat I told him your supposed to let them dry between coats he just kept going. While owner was talking crap about me in their language my grandkids seen her acting like she was choking me with her hand gesture when I was turned around the boy said wait 13 mins under fan I did as soon as I took my hand out and gently touched my nails tge polish slipped right off. By this time I was pissed and asked them to take it off and just put clear coat on my nails they refused and owner would not fix the problem she kept getting loud saying regular polish slides off I told her no it doesn't my toe nails didn't do it or my grandchild didn't. Tried to explain to rude owner they used regular polish on toes but used gel on nails then a few mins later she lied and said they only did gel nails but they did regular polish on toes so caught her in a lie right there if they knew they did gel nails why not put me under the lamp bc I clearly said regular and bottle said gel they do not listen and most of them don't understand what you are telling them or either they just don't care I will not go back to them and I will spread the word this is just plain ridiculous. The pedicure was good, not great. The reason for a mid rating is because I was offered more services and when I said no thank you, the guy giving me my pedicure would laugh then call other employees over to ask me for more services and as I would decline them, they would all laugh. It just made me very uncomfortable. read more

Disappointed, when I pay almost $100 for something I expect the workers to provide good customer service and do a good job. The man that did my pedicure was rough the entire time. He picked at my toes until they bled and as soon as they stopped bleeding he'd pick at them again, instead of waiting for the blood to stop he painted over it. The nail tech did a much better job but accidentally bumped my toe and messed up the paint and instead of properly fixing it added another layer of paint leaving a huge shriveled mess. I left unsatisfied and in pain with rougher feeling feet than when I walked in. I was their first customer and I felt like they rushed through the entire thing and didn't want to take time to properly fix their mistakes. Unfortunately, I've also had a similar experience at the Honolulu nails which is owned by the same people. read more

I do not live in this area, but came here to get my previous nails soaked off & a manicure. Staff were extremely nice & efficient. The next day, one of my nails had messed up & they fixed it free of charge & very quickly. The owner is the rudest, ugly, nonappreciated person that I have ever seen. She gets mad at you when you ask for a specific worker. She came up to me and began screaming in my face and give me orders to do. I took my feet out of the water and began pulling my pants legs down and putting on my shoes. The prices are really great here but you have to find a good technician and tell them you want only them. Otherwise they keep swapping which is annoying and causes a lot of confusion (and some people just aren't good). I wanted the same color on my fingers and toes. They ended up looking like totally different colors because she didn't do enough coats on my fingers. She rushed through the entire process. I have some nails that are only partially painted and others that have paint on my actual skin above the nail. It overall was just very sloppy. I will never be going back!! Terrible experience. I got a set of acrylics done and they dint even stay on for more than a week I paid $65, and three day later they fell off. I had to go back multiple times for them to re do it but each time it would just get worse. They dint even bother to take their time prepping the nail, they dint cut my cuticles or nothing they just put nail and the glue. I'm very disappointed. I went in on Mother's Day of this year to get my nails done. The shop was just opening. I asked for my nails to be cut done a little, prior to my manicure. So, the first representative did her part, and then another one took over. I explained to her that I wanted my nails short and so she began to file them, starting with my left hand. I looked at the hand after she had filed, and it was clearly much shorter than my right hand. At this point, I am trying to explain to her the error, even going so far as to show her both hands to compare them. I told her about the nails on my left hand being much shorter than my right and they are not even. By this time, she is not speaking English and the lady, who always appears to be the one in charge, (honey blonde hair), comes over to assist. At least that's what I thought. I proceeded to show and tell her the issue. She then tells me I cannot add the filed nail back on the left hand, which was already obvious to me, duh. No, you will have to now make the right hand short to match the nails on the left. She continued to speak to me in a condescending, raised voice as I tried to explain to her the mistake the person had made. She was clearly frustrated with me. She asked me more than once to "Make it easy for the representative since it was Mother's Day." I thought this is a strange request. She further told me that the representative was scared because she had made the mistake. This was after the lady in charge had gone over and fussed at her in front of everyone. She then tells me, that I have COMPLAINED about my nails on another occasion. To which I am now quite appalled. I will always tell you what I don't like about my nails as I am getting them done. That is what most customers will do. I am paying for a service and asking for a certain look to my nails. If it cannot be done, just say so. I don't need to be reprimanded because I've shared with you a mistake made by your employee. The lady in charge should have come over and indicated to me that she would be happy to fix the error, without the extra chatter. It's that simple. One of the main problems at this location is there's no accountability for their mistakes. On top of that, they are rude when you try to explain what you don't like about your nails. When I leave a salon, I expect to be satisfied with the customer service and especially the manicure. As long as you accept the way your manicure looks, everything is okay. This kind of behavior towards customers is unprofessional and more training on how to handle customers professionally should ensue. I am new to this area because of the military. From all the nail shops I have been to, this one, is not a location I'll recommend as number one. My toes were done by one person and he did a great job. Then for my hands, there was miscommunication but it wasn't a language barrier it was from the nail techs that kept switching seats. I can understand they are busy, but I had four nail techs do my nails that should have just been shellac (gel). Because of the changing techs I had to repeat how I wanted my nails. After going here for 7+ years, I will never go back. Services have been slipping for several months. However, my last visit was terrible. My deluxe pedicure took 15 minutes from soaking to nail painting. The "technician" dug in my toe (not sure why) and I was bleeding. He used a razor and my skin is now so thin it hurts to walk and I have blisters all over my feet because the skin is so thin and raw. I will not be going back. So disappointed after so many years. This place is a nail salon near my camp by Indian creek. Me my mother and my grandmother came here to get our nails done. I got acrylics. When she was shaping my nails it felt like she was trying to take off the nails. (It was painful) overall customer service was great but they need to work on communication with their customers. I'm not sure what the lady was asking me half of the time and I could tell she was annoyed with me. Also theirs a very long wait because the lack of workers. My daughter went to this place to get a full set of acrylic nails. The application was so bad she had to return twice to get the nails corrected. The owner told me her nails were flimsy and bending because it was cold outside and my daughter washed her hands. She washed her hands because they told her to and I've never heard of acrylic nails bending because of the air! The service at this place and the owner's attitude is the worst I've encountered. It made me remember why I hadn't been to this place in years and I'll NEVER go back. If you want to spend your money on quality service I'd suggest you go elsewhere.
