This company used to be good years ago, but the good landscaping guys left. Now they do a bad job…read moreand are not honest. Each year their service has been getting worse. When you ask them to come back to do the job right, Johnny, the service manager is super defensive. Last year they slipped a term in the renewal contract that wasn't there before that required payment of 10% of the remaining time of the contract if you wanted to cancel with them. So they are doing a terrible job and you cancel their contract. They you have to pay them. Also, when you give them notice that you are canceling, they will stop showing up to do the work. One of the last two times, they only came 1/2 hr for a big apartment complex. We brought it to Johnny's attention and he said that they had done extra work the other times in the year. So it was OK to only do 1/2 hr of landscaping. Anyway, do yourself a big favor and avoid this company!
