They are the go-to resource for sizing up a business's performance and trustworthiness. They maintain records on a dozen factors, including the company's history of handling consumer complaints. During my interactions with the BBB and the owner my takeaway was that even through the owner likes to use the policies in defending himself and his business...........the flaw in doing so lies in the fact that not all his staff were consistently following them.
