Less than 1 start business owner has absolutely no class. me and a group of coworkers went on a adventure to say the least, on Saturday August 5th. we booked the 2 hr trail ride. I looked into this place before booked I planned on having my 5year old take lessons here before we go on a trail ride together, but not after our experience Saturday. when looking into this location there was not many photos showing the route we took which was very steep up hill then very steep down hill as well, we had 5 people, half has some horse experience.while the rest of us were beginners. I feel as if we were just put on the horse that was it we had maybe 1min of instruction before taken our ride. one of the trail guides was a 13year old child, which she would ride behind me which is middle for our 6 riders she would smack my horse to make him go faster, as she was laughing I told her I was uncomfortable with that, the other issue we had was my coworker fell off the horse she was riding which I understand that is a possibility when we go. but the thing is this 13yr old had no idea what to do. luckily my coworker was just banged up was not seriously hurt, the 18year old leader of the guided trail ride didn't come back to check on her, just wanted until we all back riding back to her. I feel like they should have some sort of training what to do especially if it was a seriously injury they would not have known what to do. the other issue is we paided for 2hr ride we got maybe an hr and 15mins we started late, due to last minute rider arrival then we came back 20mins early if we paid for 2hrs we should have gotten 2 hours worth of riding. or at very least advertise it as 1hr 15min ride approximately. last but not least we were riding next to the GUN RANGE, very unprofessional we should have been told about this before touching the trail there was guns being shot spooking the horses. they need to fix their advertising to state how the trails are, what to expect we were all so shocked after was not a enjoyable ride. read more
