A day before my appointment Valerie calls me at 4:18 to let me know that Kennedy dental isn't listed as the dentist on file . I let her know I called day of appointment being set & if it was not completed I would call again the next day she said she would have to cancel appointment not taking into consideration that I had asked for this day off a month in advance . Completely disregarded my time and gladly cancelled both of my appointments with no willingness to help .

Thet are BEYOND overpriced! I went for a 2nd opinion for my daughter and was told that she did not require dental surgery, it was not a perm tooth and would fall out within a year, which was 100% correct. Saved me 2500! I think this place is all about making as much money as possible. Its just wrong. In addition, after years of being all 3 of my kids dentist, she still has know idea who they are. No personal relationship by the Dr, they kids are just dollar signs. She spends less than 10 minutes with them. One other thing that really bothered me, the Dr and staff speak Spanish in front of you, as if they don't want you to understand what they are saying. I'm so done with this place.

I ended up with only half of my teeth cleaned and was charged $175 despite my dental insurance covering annual x-rays in full and preventive services in full every six months. I came back today to get the other half of my teeth cleaned and just left the office after spring in the waiting room 45 minutes past my appointment time. Unprofessional! Highly recommend checking the billing codes being submitted for services since I was required to pay for routine preventive services that should be covered in full.

The absolute worst staff I have ever dealt with. The office manager is absolutely awful. I had a…read moreroot canal and a crown done their. The lady in front verified (or at least said she did) my benefits before I ever agreed to have the work done and now that it's time to put the crown on the want over $300 more money because they failed to mention that they only are on network as a premium provider not a PPO provider. Has I known that I would have walked out that day and gone somewhere else but I was lied to by the receptionist who specifically told me they my PPO was ok and how much it would cost. The office manager would not even let me explain that to her. And yes I got upset. They are holding my son's tooth hostage and the insurance company said they should have . Now he can't even go anywhere else to have another crown put on because the insurance is going to deny it so he is pretty much screwed because this dentist couldn't be honest with me from the get go. Do not trust them. The dentist may be great but he needs an entire new office staff. I will be filling a complaint against them and the office manager for holding my son's tooth hostage that I already paid for. DO NOT TRUST THEM
