Allsup's is that old convenient store you find in the Panhandle. That was once known for their great fried burritos and other hot foods. But it has become apparent that Allsup's has become outdated. The restrooms are old and not the best. The store layout seems cluttered. I would much rather stop in a convenience store with newer cleaner restrooms. Now the restrooms were usable but still by far not the cleanest. read more

Today has been a terrible day for me. My tire went flat while I was stopping by AutoZone to buy a…read morelight bulb. I spent 30 minutes trying to change it myself, but I couldn't get the lug nuts off. I used to be a mechanic--I've done this countless times before--but it was raining, so I prayed to God to stop the rain for just 15 minutes. He answered--the rain stopped. I prayed again for help, as I didn't have the right tools, and He answered once more: four different vehicles pulled up, and the people inside did everything they could to assist me. The men from AutoZone were so kind and sincere--I truly respect them. Unfortunately, we ended up causing quite a mess and damaging things in the process. They advised me to take the car to a professional shop for help. I feel terrible for having made the job so difficult for them--please, forgive me. I pray that God blesses them in return. Thank you, God, for Your intervention--truly, Your angels are at work.

Only thing is i never got a call when it was finished, had to come around closing time to see if it was ready. When i did pick up my truck, it didn't look any different and still had some obvious positive camber, they told me they "got the closest they could", told me i needed Camber/caster bolts. Upon further research they are not required for an alignment for my truck at all.(2016 f-150 fx4) Literally feels like I just threw $100 in the garbage, because now i have to pay another shop $100-150 for another alignment so they can get it right. Overall the experience was good, but the outcome was very disappointing.

While driving across…read morethe state in a company vehicle, I ran into an unexpected tire issue--and they truly went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I arrived, they prioritized my situation and understood the urgency. Since it was a company vehicle, they needed approval before starting any work, and I'll never forget hearing one of the team members say, "We need to get her back on the road quickly." That level of care and urgency meant everything. They handled everything efficiently, got approval squared away, and had my tire changed in just 30 minutes. I've honestly never experienced a car maintenance shop that cared this much about their customer. If you're ever in the Plainview area and need help, this is the place to go. Exceptional service, kind people, and true professionalism. Highly recommend--5 stars all the way!
