I went in to grab a bite to eat and get a restroom break from the long road. There was a knock on the bathroom door when I was inside there, (being a one person bathroom?) I say "occupied" and then finish my business. When I exit there was no one waiting in line, just the clerk behind the counter, which seemed to be odd. Are the the places I go cursed with strange occurrence ? so for good measure just so the guy didn't think I was some vagrant, I order a sausage on stick, because as we all can agree, sometimes you just gotta get some sausage in you. the price was 3.75 for one sausage which seemed high like big city prices. I went in for a drink and some food because I've been working at the car wash right next to this and that lady working I believe her name was Jessica when I asked for an order of mini tacos she didnt even charge me for the tacos and over charged me in general so I will not be giving this allsups any stars and I will not be returning. read more

I've never had an issue with this place. They have some of the best gas prices in town. The food and the front people have always been great and friendly. Recently tho there has been an older lady working the afternoon shift. Who has been very rude both times she attended me. Both times I was just paying for gas. In my first encounter with his older lady. I tell her how much gas I need and what pump I'm at. She takes my money, and I go outside to pump my gas, only for nothing to come out. (This has happened before, normally after informing the front person of this, the pump's green lights will start flashing and I can start pumping gas.) So I go back into the Allsup's and tell her the pump's green lights aren't flashing like they usually do. She looks very annoyed that I tell her. (Which never has happened with other employees.) She tells me to move to a different pump. I don't see the reason why, but sure I'll move. I move and again the pump isn't working. Which is weird cuz I see other customers filling up their tanks. I go back once again to tell her the issue and she looks more annoyed and like she just doesn't want to be at work. After that, I decided to just get my money back and go somewhere with a more friendly employee. After a week or so of avoiding this allsup's I decide to get gas there again. Mainly cuz it was on my way. In my second encounter I go up to the register. I ask her if she could put twenty on pump 7. She says "Sure, if you get off my ass." I say "Excuse me." and she says "Not you. Not you.", and gives me a dirty look. Whatever right, I just want some gas. I go out and the same issue from last time. The pump's green lights aren't flashing and no gas is coming out. I look around and see other customers pumping their gas. I go back inside and she wants to move me to pump ten. The nozzle I need for pump ten was broken. After all that I go back inside and ask for my money again. Which honestly I don't think I'm getting back. I used my card and when I asked for a refund she just lazily tapped on her computer screen and said "There." If you don't want a rude experience don't go to this allsup's or at the very least avoid the afternoon shift. read more

It saddens me that all of the allsups in Dumas have declined so. When I was a kid I always had to stop there for a fried burrito. Nothing has been updated since. We are talking almost 30 years. We literally left to go down the street because potties were so gross. The soda bottles were sticky, there was trash everywhere. Very sad. Too bad the owner's take NO PRIDE in their products. read more

Gross. If you have to use the restroom, be advised that there is only one toilet. So if you have to wait, you're waiting for one of the grossest restrooms. While I was waiting, I was looking at the stuff on the shelf. Picked up a pack of foil toaster oven trays. It looked greased over and had lots of little dead bugs on it. Ew. Almost the cheapest gas in town, but not quite. You're better off going elsewhere even if you have to pay $.02 more per gallon read more
