They do not communicate with each other, we had two different responses regarding a refund due from an out of state State Farm agency we switched from. Helen, who is supposed to be the office manager, exclaimed that I should be so happy to be getting a refund back of $90 when in fact the refund was over $200. Not to mention, it was me having to continually chase them for it and waste my time during the day to make sure they were filing everything like they were supposed to. The latest is a lost email with a uninsured motorist form in it, sow e WALKED the form in personally. That was weeks and weeks ago, only to get a letter in the mail that it was never filed so my premium is going up. When I called the office, I was told the person who I gave the form to is no longer there. UMMMM ok, so did you just throw away everything on his desk? I was transferred by Helen (the office manager) to a BRAND NEW employee there, instead of the owners as I requested, and I had to listen to her resume of accomplishments before I could even get her to go look for the form. I am awaiting a call form the owners, but I have no confidence this will happen. Off to call another agency.
