Anna was my agent and was the most difficult and irresponsible agent, I have ever experienced. Never replies on time. Did not solve the inconsistencies in the monthly bill. My bill amount changed every month and kept on increasing. She is inefficient in solving at the right time and thus I ended up paying higher amounts every month in the hope that she will correct it and will get a refund. By the 4th month, the bill went up again and this time I had enough. Sent a text to her as a final attempt to solve. One week later and after multiple reminders, still no response. So goodbye State Farm and Anna. Checked Geico for quotes, got it for the one-third price than state farm and with better coverage options. Everything was done online in less than 30 minutes. No hassle to deal with inefficient agents.

Recently, a large tree branch hit my vehicle during a storm. Although older, the vehicle is in very good condition. The Allstate claims assessor, working from photos, seemed inclined to undervalue the vehicle and thus the value of the repair. I took the vehicle to Stephen Sullivan who inspected it, took additional photos and called the assessor. I received a very equitable settlement which I believe was a direct result of Stephen's intervening on my behalf. Again, I highly recommend Stephen Sullivan and the people at his agency.
