Several issues but basically she had just started and I could see after dealing with their office for 2 days realized i "got to go". Merely made a phone call to SF. I requested to change to Al Clark. It was done and guess what ? Today got a very courteous letter giving me my claim number and offering to help me with whatever I needed. What a difference. Then about a year or so later, they started raising my bill every 6 months with no reasonable cause but I wasn't much at first so I didn't complain. Mind you I had VERY basic coverage... no liability. Fast forward to this year, my bill is triple the amount & again NOTHING changed on my end. I haven't had to put in any claims, report any wrecks, nothing! Yet I'm paying triple amount for BASIC coverage. I really wanted to upgrade my policy at some point to add liability but the bill was so damn high I wasn't willing to do nothing but find a new car insurance policy. Once I did & comes time for me to cancel with them. I kept having to call bc I was either getting hung up on or left on hold as if they don't have time to service me. This office is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & rude!!! I've been hung up on twice by them and all I wanted was to cancel. I am very unproblematic but it makes no sense why I have to get upset & stern for them to do something. I will NEVER recommend this company. I really thought Allstate was better than this. Very disappointing.

I was contacted by this group through an agent handling my life insurance. I went through the…read moreprocess of getting a quote for my auto and home insurance and they came back with a lower rate. I gave them considerable details about our home and they gave us an estimated replacement value that they said was more than enough for our home. Allstate then had an assessor come by that assumed we had a lot of updates and upgrades that we did not have and estimated a replacement cost that was more than the market value of our home. Even after an hour on the phone trying to adjust this estimate this still increased our annual premium by nearly 1,500 dollars which was well above what our previous insurer was charging. I tried to reach out to this company to see if we could work something out but they just said Ashton is on vacation and could not be reached. They then forwarded me to someone from Allstate who told me the assessment had increased the premium and I could cancel the policy if I didn't like it. I have since cancelled the policy and now have to deal with additional paperwork and potential escrow shortages because of this. The lack of professionalism from this group and the lack of communication once I signed off on the policy was the worst I have ever seen in all the years I have been buying insurance. Further the initial quote they gave seems like a bait and switch as the assessment should not have changed my premium that dramatically. I can't speak to the auto insurance but avoid this agency and Allstate if you are looking for home insurance.

She told me she had already filed it days prior (without my signature OR consent) so I felt forced to sign. When I finally logged into my ID.me account to check the progress, I noticed she didn't actually file until I signed the documents. She cornered me into signing by lying to me. Last year she also did mine but I didn't know how much I was charged bc I never signed anything at all or saw any documents. Don't recommend unless you want to be scammed.
