The last time I called a middle aged sounding women answered the phone, her name might have been kate. She asked my name and once I told her she instantly replied that the quote would be to expensive for me. I kindly told her that her false accusations is highly insulting and I would like to speak with her manager. She responded to me that her manager is not available, I then asked her for an email address that I can contact him she told me no and hung up on me. I only gave one star because yelp will not except 0 stars!

They told me "No one would insure me, due to 2 previous filed claims" ..... Both of which were NOT my fault. They did nothing to remediate for me, whereby NOT releasing me from fault. As a result, got stuck paying over $2,000 in deductibles. Biggest complaint: left several messages with David Deluco /owner.... Calls never returned. I ended up cancelling my 2 auto coverages and 2 condo coverages. Went with Geico for auto and an Ins company in Philly for my 2 condo coverages. Should be noted that for the exception of Cindy in office(very nice) their other (H) name.....useless/waste of my time. Staff members could use counseling on good customer service, i.e. Friendly and non confrontational. I could not just cancel my condo policy UNTIL I showed PROOF of other insurance. How about next time I just simply STOP paying my premiums and not be professional by NOT calling them? Shop around for your future insurance needs... Well worth doing research.

The thing is, Allen & Allen is able to guide you to make more comprehensive, informed decisions. Also, quite frankly, having an insurance agent helps hold insurance companies more accountable. To insurance companies, agents are sort of portals from which they can get more business. Mess up too much with an agency, they're probably going to stop using/recommending your company. So through an agency, you can find knowledgeable guidance towards selecting the company and plan that fits you best, and in a sense and within obvious limits, you also have an advocate. My family's been using Allen & Allen for over a decade. Recommended.

I asked her for an update and she actually responded saying she completely forgot. Also, we missed a couple payments in Dec but eventually caught up. We have a restaurant and was effected by the pandemic. One of their employees Ari, left a very rude, slanderous and inaccurate review to hurt our business. Didn't work but it was definitely unethical. Not only did we make up the missed payments but we paid off our loan early. They on the other hand owe us and refuse to refund us our money. Jeff offered me a loan of around 12k and promised if I made 10 payments on time he could then fund an additional 50k to replace that loan. This made sense to use as a bridge until my SBA funding was straightened out. After the 10 days of payments I got the excuse that he was unaware he would be out for 10 more days due to a religious holiday. Holidays are usually on the calendar well in advance. Jeff lied and deceived just to make a quick buck knowing full well once he stuck me with the small loan he had no intentions of rolling it over to a larger loan. I also find it funny that their web page has photos of each person who works there but when I checked the webpage in September the photos were of completely different people then they are today
