They start our requests the same day and they stay in contact with us, keeping us in the loop, should an issue arise. I had a client decide on another title company other than Bulldog Title. They ran into a snag when pulling title. There were succession issues, a foreclose and a short sale. A huge fiasco to say the least. The other title company could not write title for my client. I knew my friends at Bulldog could make it happen. I picked up the phone and called one of the owners, Ben Marshall. He helped me understand the issue we were having, so I could properly explain it to my client. He took the time and did some research for me, and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manor. Not only am I satisfied, my clients are too. Thanks Bulldog Title for always providing me and my clients with a pleasant experience!
