I contacted them for maps, tourbooks, triptiks (see Google if you don't know what this is), and more and also had them find me deals on travel packages with air, hotels, rental cars, tours, meals, etc. We got our passport pictures done here and it is still a reasonable price today ($8 versus $15 at the USPO). With the convenience and accuracy of GPS devices today, I no longer go in for triptiks. I do pick up a map occasionally and we still get our passport pictures done here. We have had to use their road services and membership is worthwhile for that alone. We had to cut back on major travel due to the poor economy; but we have used their travel agency services for international packages and cruises, etc. They have a knowledgeable and professional staff to assist in pinning down exactly what you want to see and do.

(Or not, in my case-they were auto claims) With Allstate, you call their national customer claim service line, which is top notch, but you aren't alone with this agent. This is service! My latest experience, and the one that compelled this review is equally stellar. A change to Michigan Law required verification of my health coverage. I called Bruce, he conferenced the customer service rep and stayed on the line while we called my health insurance provider for the verification. The call, with hold time, took 8 minutes, and the rep was surprised to hear Bruce still on the line at the end of the call. (This is how I know that I have a solid agent. This doesn't seem to be the norm.)
