All-State will drag their feet and not giving you a dime. I owned about 10 properties and only get paid once. At one time, there was a hail storm. Every house on the street got a roof after that and I was the only one who didn't. They are on State Farm of course. I switched immediately after that. So far so good.

I was also looking to change my insurer after a previous bad experience. Not only did I switch over to Nationwide for my home and car with Carolyn, but she took the time to show me the details of how insurance operate and rates are calculated. More than anything, Carolyn seemed focused on helping each customer as an individual instead of just another customer or number. Unfortunately, this means that it can be a bit difficult to get some one on one time with her. Luckily, I remembered a lot of her advice and it REALLY saved me much later when I had a seemingly minor car accident, but suffered a back injury which has laid me up, unable to work. I had temporarily raised the Medical Payments limit on my car insurance previously, based on Carolyn's advice from years before, and I am so glad that I forgot to lower it as it helped relieve almost ALL of the financial burden arising from my accident. My 1 week hospital stay was over $22k alone and I am now waiting to have surgery! Thank you Carolyn Berry!
