Just recently even... After the tornado's came thru last year and Pat was double checking what the roofer's did and he saw something, made the call and got them back up there to secure the tarps better. We would have never known, and then during the pandemic, making it over to help with an insurance claim and being prepared to keep our family safe and we have been with them for over a decade now. They insure 5 homes and 3 vehicles. We are blessed to have found them.

After my son got his license, They added him to our policy without my authorization and without discussing the option of another company, Erie now wants me to pay over $1200 for a couple month policy. (This is due to Renz adding without taking to me or my husband first). I was misinformed on what would have to be done when my son got his temporary and then Renz added him and is blaming Erie for telling them to do it. I've asked Renz to make this good by me since I have been a long time customer and it was ultimately their error for not contacting me. I would be willing to pay half but Renz says there is nothing they can do. I normally don't write reviews like this but other people need to know what they might be getting themselves into. The company used to be great and I've referred many people. This is truly sad and I cannot believe I am even writing this review.

These people are trying to rip me off. I deal with a agent name Kim. When she went set of my home…read moreowners she said she would take it out my escrow account. I never had my homeowners taken out of my escrow, but I thought she new what she was doing. A month later I get a letter from the bank saying I don't have coverage. Called Kim I'll send another memo. One month later the same thing. A month later same thing, but this time the bank said they woul give their insurance. I called the bank and the found the memo. Now this went on since September 24. All this time I thought my insurance was being paid, but last week she hits me up for 500 bucks. I don't think I should own this. Her assistant Tristan told me we would start the policy over in January. Don't deal with these people.
