In February 2025 I got a letter from ADOT saying they hadn't received new Arizona insurance since registering my vehicle in December. I called this office ten times over four days with no answer. When I went in, they offered no solution saying there was some sort of issue, and I was forced to cancel my policy and switch to Geico. Terrible service and plain refusal to do their job forced me to leave this honest 1 star review.

I have never felt rushed, judged or dismissed as a client--which I have felt in other CPA establishments. I would highly recommend her office if you are in a complicated situation. She has many years of experience, is extremely knowledgeable. She always speaks to me with respect and kindness. She is always willing to do the research to find the most effective ways (for this single mom) to save money and be successful in my personal and business finances. I appreciate her so much. I called the office to ask a simple question. I live in Ca and am attempting to help file taxes in…read moreAz for my dad who has a rental property in Flagstaff Az as he is not doing well medically. The question was regarding tax depreciation on a townhome... Is there a property value to subtract from the purchase price and then divide by 27.5 years?? The first gentlemen that answered the phone was polite and honest about not knowing the answer to my question. He said he would put me on hold so he could ask someone. Shortly thereafter, the call was dropped. I called back and the woman that answered told me I would have to make an appointment. I told her I live in Ca and she replied that I can make a phone appt., costing $45 in order to get an answer. Really ?? Yes, I understand this is a business. Yes I know they need to make $$ but I feel that $45 is a bit too much to ask for 2 min of time to answer a simple non obscure question. Not sure what they charge for full tax prep but if their policy to charge $45 for a 2 minute question is any indication, I would steer clear. UPDATE: After writing this review, I called H&R Block and the gentleman that answered was both polite and informative. In less than 90 seconds, he provided the answer I was looking for. Thank you Ryan from H & R Block !!

We decided to stay with the office when Brandon Redfern stepped in, but the service has steeply declined since and we rarely (if ever) saw Redfern himself. In recent years the office seems to be staffed solely with kids who are poorly trained and unprepared to assist folks with insurance. The office dropped my policy erroneously thinking it was my Brother's policy. Then they dropped my father's policy with no explanation, apology or effort to reinstate. We have been in to the office twice in an attempt to clear up these issues but it was to no avail. We all left the office out of frustration. I also cancelled my auto policy at the beginning of November of this year and they said they would cancel it. I just received a email notification this month indicating that it was due. I would strongly advise saving yourself a headache and steering clear of this office.
