I'm always impressed with the results…read more I used to buy medical, life, auto and property insurance directly through insurance companies. I shopped around to get the best price with identical coverage. That changed when I contacted Hill & Stone. One by one, they won my insurance business. Within a year, Hill & Stone was my broker for all of my insurance. Each time a policy needed to be renewed, I looked for several quotes. Each time, Hill & Stone found me comparable insurance at the lowest price. I've had claims on auto insurance. The claims were smooth--the insurance held up as expected. Hill & Stone appear to do what a good insurance broker is supposed to do: Find the best insurance at a low price. They are not committed to one insurance company. Even now, I get several quotes for all of my insurance every year. Hill & Stone continues to have all of my business. For me, it was definitely worth calling them.

My first bill came through with no problem at all. My second month was met with a charge of over double what was quoted to me. When I called to get information, Nora told me that my 6 month premium was a completely different number than what was originally quoted over $200 more than what was quoted. I spoke to Kim who assured me that she would get it taken care of. My Third month and the bill was getting bigger and bigger. When I called again I was told that three months ago I had something on my record that was preventing me from getting the rate promised and it was automatically raised. Some customer service, no call, no email, no info at all. In fact, Kim wouldn't return my calls at all anymore unless I called from a different phone number, at which she would ask to call back and never would. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone I know, be aware that they have little to no customer service and will do anything to ensure your experience is as painful as possible. STAY AWAY
