Didn't save me any money, when I talked about leaving they were like "you'll never get this customer service at a big box company" and I was like GOOD I would expect so much more!!!! Save your money, run. Geico got me a better deal, I have an app now, I have control of my own payments, I don't have to deal with some lady who can't manage my account properly.

Zero stars! After collecting a premium on my policy for several years I've only asked them to…read moreservice it twice. Both times were to shop around rates for an existing policy. This most recent time I requested they shop my rates around from a few specific carriers after I moved from OH to FL. Vice President Brad Vert emailed back "Due to FL rates, laws, storms, those are the best available rates. Sorry we can't help more!". I emailed back asking to see the quotes/rates - he never replied. I emailed multiple times. I called a few weeks later, left a voicemail, and they called me back without leaving a voicemail. I called today and spoke with Claudia who advised they actually don't write in Florida, or quote in Florida, or service policies in Florida, and to find a new FL agent. I mentioned that if they don't quote in Florida then Brad blatantly lied in his email to me, and never actually shopped my policy around for other rates... I asked Claudia if there was a manager to speak to and provide feedback on this experience - she said no, there are no managers and they are all agents. I asked if there was an owner of the agency (knowing that there definitely is) - she said no, and suggests I find a Florida agent to help as there is nothing they can do further. ZERO stars for ZERO integrity and a job done not so well on every level - terrible customer service (basically none at all) and flat out lying to existing policy holders. There's tons of agents out there - find one that actually cares about the policy holder and isn't just collecting the premium from your policy for years to lie and not service it.
