They just disappeared. I have been buying insurance from them for years and when I had a claim a…read moremonth ago I could not reach them, no one answers emails. The phone number rolls over to Allstate's main number and they don't even know what has happened to anyone. The office must have closed up and they didn't even send out an email or post card to tell their customers. I have no idea who my agent is now and I'm so pissed off that I will shop for new insurance.
