Cynthia won't do that, but her staff will promise they did. So when you need to file an insurance claim, you get to discover that you don't have insurance on the property you live in, because Cynthia and her crack team lied to you for money. But don't try to tell them that, they love to yell at you after messing up. They also lie about when Cynthia is in the office so she doesn't have to face the people she messes with. She'll even turn the phones off to avoid accountability. Never ever give this woman any money or trust. They treat you like a cross between an ATM and a dog. Its disgusting. 1 star is far too many.

The price given to us both verbally and in writing was $110.61 for a full year of coverage. We paid this money fully upfront. Two weeks later, we received a letter that claimed we owed an additional $73.39, and that the full price was $184 for a full year of coverage -- more than 60% more than our original quote! The manager explained that the error occurred because the sales agent had misquoted us a price for Upstate New York, instead of Queens, NY. She refused to honor the original quote and said we could either go elsewhere for insurance, or accept the new full price. I understand that mistakes happen, but when they do, the company should eat the extra cost, not the customer! State Farm should honor its own quotes.
