I was transferred to James who assisted me with getting a quote for Auto + Renters insurance coverage. The whole interaction was simple, straight-forward, and was completed during my commute home. I had received multiple quotes from AllState, Costco's American Family program, and Farmers, along with this State Farm quote. This State Farm premium was the cheapest with higher and more comprehensive coverage. James answered my questions with detailed knowledge offering suggestions on coverages based on my driving history and current needs. It was one of the most pleasant and informed conversations I have had with any insurance company. This is the start of my policy with them but I trust that if any claims arise I will be well taken care of.

Uh, ok? I think it's about the fact that you were so much more expensive. I am a single mother of 3 - one of my children is severely disabled. I would prefer to not worry about having to contact my insurance. I requested to find out why it was so expensive and told them I would look at another policy... I was told that I could save a tiny bit if I reduced my coverage. I got the answer and I chose to change... Last time I heard, that is my right. I am decidedly offended by the response I received.
