I am very very pleased with the over the phone service I received which is very rare considering most people are rude when helping over the phone. I will stay with all state and recommend it to friends. In specific the agent who helped me with my issue was named Emily Bomberry. It was a struggle getting my sr22 where it needed to go and she never got annoyed with me or impatient. She was very kind and I will call and come back to her specifically if I ever need anything else. She is a great asset to your company! Thanks Allstate.

I have lived in the Dayton area my entire life, and my wife, Angie, and I cannot imagine living anywhere else. This is such a wonderful community with its historical architecture, fine restaurants and thriving business district. I'm in the insurance industry because I love working with and helping people, and in 2004, I opened my first Allstate agency in Dayton. In 2017, I was proud to open a second Allstate agency in Bellbrook. The Dayton area is very special, and it's important to me to give back to the community that has given me and my family so much. I support the Beavercreek Lacrosse Club and the Beavercreek Soccer Association, which assist in providing youth in our community an opportunity to learn good sportsmanship and adopt an active lifestyle. I also support the Deaf Community Resource Center, (DCRC), which serves those with hearing impairments in our area. As an award-winning Allstate agent, I look forward to helping families like yours protect the things that are important - your family, home, car and more. I believe treating people courteously and honestly is the only way to do business, and outstanding customer service is at the core of everything we do. Whether you need auto, home, or life insurance, I'm here to help. I look forward to serving you. Please call or stop by one of our office locations today!

The lowest premiums and the best service!…read more Several years ago, I decided it was time to check around to see if we could get lower rates on our homeowners and auto insurance. I contacted two independent agents and one brand-name insurance company. I was shocked at the price range for the same coverage. Jason Brofford at Detweiller-Brofford Insurance checked with different companies to get us the best deal, and the insurance he found for us was $1000 cheaper. We accepted pretty quickly! Every year when it's time to renew, Jason again looks around to find us the lowest price for coverage. This year, our policies are with Erie Insurance, top-rated for homeowners Insurance in the August 2017 issue of Consumer Reports magazine. In addition to saving us money big time, we've been happy with Detweiller's customer service. Emails are answered promptly and a human being picks up the phone. Jason, Zach -- everyone in the office -- is professional and super nice.
