Jeff stated he would cancel the policy, he did not. I had to call back a month later and only found out he did not cancel the policy. He then stated he would back date it and a refund check would be dispersed. This was in the middle of January. Here I sit, March 5th with no refund check. Wondering why they're not picking up the phone for you? The new secretary has been told not to pick up the phone for you if there is a customer present. My father was present in the office one day, and she was talking about everyday life events to him and ignoring the phone calls coming in. Do yourself a favor....find another insurance broker.
