My family and I have been customers of State Farm for 30 years. My original agent was difficult to…read morework with and hard to contact, so I switched to this office. After submitting documentation and receipts showing updates done on the home, the discounts advertised were not applied. Bob's staff and representatives were very difficult and disrespectful during this process. I frequently have to call State Farm to receive confirmation of changes I've requested or for basic service I've paid for. I never receive a call back or recognition from this office despite it being my actual agent's office. I gave them advance notice that I was selecting a new provider and that my policy was to term and not go for renewal. Well, they decided to collect from my lender anyway, despite cancellation and being restricted from charging them. I then spent the next week trying to get someone to correct the issue or explain why. Since the office doesn't return my calls and corporate doesn't handle the policy, I had to keep calling. Because I kept calling, Bob threatened to call the police on me twice. State Farm collected on a cancelled policy (stole from me), refused communication (ignored me) and then threatened to involve local authorities (insulted me). This company and office are fulled of wicked people - go elsewhere for the sake of your health.

I am rating this company based on my personal experience trying to cancel my Aunts auto insurance…read morepolicy. She passed away and I called several weeks later to cancel the insurance policy so my uncle would not need to continue to pay premiums. He did not have a drivers license due to having seizure disorder while driving. State Farm was aware because they handled his accident claim. Instead of canceling the insurance like we requested they decided just to remove her and continue to charge him insurance premiums. After several calls they finally canceled but not before charging him an extra 4 months and refusing to refund even though they are aware he doesn't drive. Buyer beware and always cancel in writing.
