I had to make a second payment directly to them by phone to keep my insurance in effect. A few weeks later, a second withdrawal was made for same amount from account. They claim their bank did not process and the second transaction is not credited to my account. I am now out $191.26. I have to proceed with a fraud claim aganist them with my bank. I do not understand how this company stays in business. No accountability and billing representative will not answer phone or return e-mails. Beware!
