Our company is strictly mobile based, which turned out to be a very complicated process when it came to finding a policy that would cover our business. I just found out through my mortgage company that my property insurance non renewed my policy due to claims and my property insurance has been non active for over a month. And this broker firm responsible for maintaining my policies didnt shop me or obtain new policies. I never even got a call one would assume if a policy is set to cancel the broker would stop at nothing to make contact and insure a policy would not lapse. When I emailed Mike Schmisek he says sorry for some reason travlers didn't notify us and do to the claim you had and the policy lapse we can't find you coverage. I feel like this matter was treated like i gave him a grocery list and he forgot to buy the beer and condiments . The severity and liability that comes with this mistake is astronomical and the rude cander in response is so unprofessional

You don't get this kind of service anywhere else. And yet, their prices and premiums are still competitive, often lower than anywhere else for the same insurance. Better than anyone else has offered. Best of all, they are honest and once even told me how I could get better, less expensive coverage somewhere else for a personal project. Very "Miracle on 34th Street," right?
