What should have been a 15 min process took an hour and a half! When we got there they didn't have anyone scheduled to meet us, even though we received confirmation las week of our appointment (really!). So, an inexperienced guy did his best to help us and he was very nice and tried his best but had to call their help desk who transferred him around. We finally started complaining so he asked his asst manager to help but even then it took the 2 of them 45 mins before we could leave...and I think they were still trying to input information. I've been to this location 3 times now and every single time it takes forever and their excuse is the technology. it's ridiculous. This company needs better training for all of their employees because the customers are the ones suffering for the lack of it.

Because, I only had to pay $59 last year. Betty ended up going to bat for me... She put my taxes on hold. While she called her supervisor. To see if I could get some kind of reduction. Especially, since when I called H& R block beforehand. They told me it was only going to be $89. And because last year I only had to pay $59 Thank God her supervisor agreed. To only charge me the $59. I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL. And relieved I didn't have to pay over $200. Especially, since I barely make anything for the year. Betty TOTALLY RULES. And I'm TOTALLY STOKED That EVERYTHING worked out in the end. On top of I'm also getting money back. More money than I received last year Thanks, again Betty... And H&R Block...
