I just finished doing business with the most amazing agent at Michael Petrozella's Allstate office. Ariana Sourtis was just amazing to deal with. She was so patient and friendly and really knows her business. It was just a great experience and she saved me a very significant amount of money on both my auto and homeowners insurance. I highly recommend this office and Ariana in particular. What a pleasure. read more

At no time during the 2.5 mos I tried resolving this issue was C.H.E helpful. They either didn't respond, asked for things respectively, asked for unnecessary things or didn't respond. I emailed the CEO and received no response (customer service comes from the top). I just got a new quote and it's for better coverage at $157/ year savings over what CHE had me paying so they're not even worth it. I would suggest going to someone else. What a pleasure to be able to sit down and discuss insurance needs…read morewith the Owner/Agent Ted Morales. After being a customer of State Farm for 20+ years for my homeowners policy,I decided to seek auto insurance with State Farm. This decision was made solely on 1 phone call with Ted Morales. The next day I went to his office in Hampton Bays,N.Y. and I could not have been more impressed with his ability to make me feel so comfortable and confident with my choice to become a client. Today in this age of technology, it is not often that you see an agent like Ted to give that caring and personal attention to a customer. Really can't say enough good things about this company. When I was searching for a way to offer my…read moreemployees health insurance without breaking the bank, I had started calling companies only to be left utterly confused and helpless towards achieving my goal. I was then lucky enough to call Peak Advisors and was immediately greeted by Jim, who spent probably over an hour on the phone with me, answering my 10 billion questions, figuring out what would be the best route to go, how we can implement it seamlessly, and how I could truly make this work. Fast forward a few months later and I couldn't be happier. Both Jim and Rob have helped me out tremendously. The customer service here is top-notch. I'm someone who constantly has questions about every little thing, and then often forgets the answers right after I'm told them. Jim and Rob always answer my calls and explain everything (and then re-explain it), as well as always respond to e-mails immediately. These days I find it's incredibly rare to find a company with this level of customer service, as well as a company that stands behind their services and truly looks out for their clients. Did I mention everything they have done for me since day one has been completely free?! Doesn't get any better than this. Highly recommended!
