So bankers took the money from my mother's will that my brother contested even though her will was…read moredone by a lawyer. Bankers official line was that they didn't want to be held responsible when the money was distributed to either me or my brother. They didn't want to get sued if somebody disagreed with the decision they made. There was no decision. She had made it clear in her will what she wanted. But the money is still sitting out there somewhere and has not been distributed. It's not that much. It's just that my sister-in-law and brother have a real problem if you get in the way of them grabbing someone's money. They are trying to keep the suit going for as long as possible. It's all about making me spend money. They are too but I'm sure they're using money from a lawsuit involving my sister-in-law's mother's money. Hey wait she's not supposed to use that right? They're killing themselves to see if I spent $0 on myself which I didn't. They're in their late '60s now and you think they'd want a life but they don't. They just want revenge and that's how it always works with them. So to add to the cluster catastrophe, bankers sent 1099s to the IRS indicating that I had received the money. I had to get that straightened out and then the accountant, which I got from my sister-in-law, (Yes I should have done better), Sat on the redo of the 1044x for about a month. It clearly shows now that I did not make anywhere near what they said I did. However I can't get a hold of the IRS and they keep acting like they're going to raise what I owe them even though I don't owe them what they said I did. I've never had to deal with the IRS before, but now I get it. They're part of the plan. Just like everyone else. Don't think bankers won't do this to you, they will. They're the start when they send in the wrong information to the IRS and then your accountant is also probably part of the plan. They should send everything in right away but they don't. They sit on their hands and then give you an excuse about a month later. All in all you end up waiting for someone to do something because they have the information, they just aren't doing anything with it because according to them they're overburdened. Not my fault. If you were wondering how they're going to steal your money, now you know. You're going to have to fight to keep your money because they have it set up to steal everything you have. And it won't just be me. It will be a lot of people. Quite possibly you. Save yourself some trouble and don't do business with bankers or an accounting firm that just sits on things and doesn't do their job. You have been warned. They will try to take all your money and this is one way to do it. Did I mention bankers keeps a surrender fee for any annuity that was moved before 10 years is up. Then if you don't reinvest it in something the IRS takes pretty much the rest of it. Good luck and please take this information seriously. I'm sure there are a million ways to take your money but this is one of them. I am fighting it but it's not what I need in the middle of all these other crises. I will win. And you need to have the same attitude if this happens to you. PS, it's too bad that the 87,000 IRS arresting squad they're trying to hire wasn't hired to answer the phones because no one answers the phones. I have made a recording of every time I've called them and they always don't answer. The system is set up to screw you. You need to figure out how to get around it. I have a set of IRS recordings, at least 10 of them by now. You need to do the same thing. None of these companies are on your side.

When I stay with my Aunt, I usually do errands for her, and that includes lots of trips to this bank. They're decently friendly and have never given me any hassle or a hard time about anything. I looked into setting my own account up at this bank when I was in college here, but some of the fees and charges are not in line with what I was looking for, so I ended up with accounts at United and HSBC instead, the latter of which I still have. I have no bad things to say about this Wells Fargo, so they score a decent 3.
