I can't say enough good things about Djali and the incredible work she does. She goes above and…read morebeyond to help people, and I was truly impressed by her professionalism. My mom had a meeting with her, and I was present for the entire conversation. Honestly, I went in expecting a typical sales pitch, but I was completely surprised and proven wrong in the best way possible. My mom had previously been taken advantage of by another local Medicare representative (who shall remain nameless but is still out there), which naturally left a bad taste in my mouth. But Djali was different--she was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain all the ins and outs of Medicare. With just two phone calls, she helped my mom get her prescriptions filled at an affordable price. Djali made sure we understood that the current plan my mom is on is a good one and recommended sticking with it until we meet again in October to review options for next year. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything from her. Her approach was genuine, sincere, and refreshingly non-pushy. I actually look forward to seeing her again in October, and I'll definitely be seeking her help when I retire!

In the last 19 years Dan has remained the most competitive option for us. We own numerous rental homes as well and no one has ever been able to come close to beating his prices. Lastly, the moment we were clients for life was when my wife had a flat tire picking our son up from kindergarten and we had not added road side assistance to our policy. Dan added the service but it wasn't retroactive. Dan got in his car drove to the school and in his shirt and tie changed her tire for her so she could get to the tire shop. Dan Evans is our guy and he should be yours too. Dan, thanks for taking such good care of us for all these years.

Chris set us up with the best deal she could fine with full coverage through Safeco/Liberty Mutual along with their Safe Driver rewards program. She also helped put me in touch with a trusted insurance associate for my mom who is based in CA. We've been fortunate enough these past two years to have avoided any major collisions, but recently got a crack in our windshield from a pebble hitting the glass. Looking at our policy and our comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible, we thought for sure we would have to pay out of pocket, but turns out, Chris took care of us by making sure we had $0 deductible on windshield damages. What would have turned out to be a $500-700 bill at Safelite was $0! So a big thank you to Chris and the team at Western! They are knowledgeable, thorough and patient, incredibly friendly over the phone, and quick to return emails/messages. They'll make sure that your coverage meets your needs and is appropriate to your location (and the seasonal hazards you might encounter), while finding you the best rate and being there for you if you have any questions.
