DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PROPERTY…read more Was with this agency for years. I asked an Agent if I could have solar panels with my current carrier and they told me no they'll drop me. We ran quotes for other insurance carriers which were just as high or higher in premiums. I asked the agent again, are you sure I can't have solar panels or can I just not have them net-metered (grid tied) She responded telling me they accept no solar. I had already found the underwriting guidelines from the carrier with a list of items that would be cause you to be uninsurable such as mobile homes, lock off condos, and "Solar Panels if participating in net metering" so I kindly asked their agent to send me the reference showing that my carrier wouldn't cover Solar at all. At this point she has already committed misrepresentation but decided to step it up to full blown fraud when she sent me a doctored image of the exact same publication I was looking at but she cut off the words "if participating in net metering" The agency took no responsibility for this action. The agency owner wouldn't return calls. And they blatantly lied to the Department of Insurance in an attempt to cover up their fraudulent behavior which would have caused me to cancel my policy so they could sign me up for a new one under false information. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PROPERTY
