He said if that was what it was it wasn't worth fixing to him because it would be $312+ tax He said he would need a day to order the part if that's what it was and asked what I wanted to do. I said I wasn't sure yet because he didn't even know for sure what the issue was. He then took his bag of tools and came upstairs asking me how I want to pay for today after being here for 5 mins and not even taking my dryer apart to see the exact problem. He charged me $74.75 and I still dont know for sure whats wrong with my dryer. He took advantage of me and if I could give no stars I would. Would not recommend

An engineer from Ken's appliances visited my home 5 times to repair an error code on dishwasher,…read moreclaimed there was an issue with the electrical panel in our home, said there was no breaker - later proven to be incorrect after an electrician visited our home at a cost to my family of $170. Gave up on the dishwasher, after a wait time of over 6 weeks for Ken's appliances engineer, in which time the dishwasher had gone mouldy due to the unresolved issue. Despite remaining warranty we chose not to continue with this cycle of unresolved dishwasher issues and bought a new one with another company to avoid dealing with Ken's appliances again. Engineer installing the new dishwasher diagnosed the original issue within minutes, unfortunately due to the extensive mould inside the dishwasher it was entirely unusable at this point. Disgusted at the amount of money we have thrown away due to Ken's appliances.
