Of course, winning the game was very exciting, but that was out of Travel Partners control. What was in their control was very well done. The busses were there on time with great drivers. The lunches were good, and snacks and drinks were plentiful. The hotel was only four miles from campus, so the trip to and from the fame was quicker than I expected. The tail-gate before the game and the party Friday night was filled with short lines for food, and there was a band Friday and big TV screens Saturday to watch other games. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the third football trip we have taken with Travel Partners and I wouldn't consider going with anyone else! Great trip! Go Bucks! A Family owned business that understood what it takes to have a performing group on tour. The lodging and meals were exquisite and the pricing was low enough for my students to afford. Ike has been a complete lifesaver during the COVID crisis…read more Last year as we were planning our wedding, we were trying to figure out where we should go on our honeymoon. We wanted it to be a bigger and more exciting trip than we would normally take. We decided on Greece for our late April 2020 honeymoon after deeply considering Spain and Italy (yes, good thing we didn't choose those countries!) To remove some stress from all of the planning, we decided to hire a travel agent to organize the hotels, flights, and some events we wanted to attend. I was familiar with Ike from many choir trips he organized for my high school and thought he would be a good choice. We were excited and had just received our fancy itinerary booklet. Then, COVID hit. We had to postpone our wedding, and with travel being a complete disaster, we needed to postpone our honeymoon as well. On top of rescheduling vendors and contacting our guests (and working crisis comms for my job) I would have NEVER had time to replan an entire 10 day honeymoon. Thankfully, Ike has been advocating for us and keeping us in the loop with updates. Travel is still a little uncertain especially with airlines, but I am so thankful it's not on my plate right now. I would definitely recommend Reynolds Travel for your next big adventure (or even a small adventure)!

The only problem is that he has low patience and tolerance for children. During our Washington D.C tour many children had commented and complained about the rude and offensive mannerisms of our guide. He would often use a stern and commanding voice, which would be fine except for the fact that in a young teens eyes this seems rude and scary. He is just overall unsociable and is not capable of working with and handling children. So with that, I recommend not choosing Larry for your school's D.C trip no matter the price.

I had a list of particular things that were important to me in choosing where to stay. I gave Angel my list and she came back to me quickly with a list of properties. We took a look at everything and one really caught our attention-Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. It's an all inclusive family resort, on a calm and beautiful beach, with high ratings. She told me it checked off every box we had. After a 7 night stay, I can confirm this 100%. This resort was everything we wanted and more. We aren't the type of people to stay in one place for 7 days but we found everything at this resort so incredible that we never left it. Our 6 year old had the time of his life there, and so did we! The resort was stunning, clean and inviting at every turn. The staff was hospitable, kind, and attentive. The food was plentiful and delicious. The beach was calm enough for us to feel comfortable with a younger child who is still learning how to swim well. The resort also has activities geared towards kids and a Kids Club where the adults could have an evening or two for a date. Angel knew exactly which resort was the one for us! Angel also arranged our transportation from the airport to the resort and back to the airport. The transport was clean, air conditioned well and efficient. They came ready with drinks and snacks - we couldn't get enough of the plantain chips! The airport transport area was hectic and I was very glad to have already arranged our transport - the driver also found us which was very welcomed after a long travel day. My husband and I love travel and love trying new places. We typically do not return to a destination because there's so much of the world to see - however we both already are talking about when we should return to Punta Cana to stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana again! This vacation was everything we desired it to be! Thank you Angel and Island Travel!

I just don't know where to start. I used this travel agency, although I don't live in Columbus…read morefrom the suggestion a close friend. There's never really been an issue. I've used Polaris Traveler for 2 vacations through Apple Vacations. Jamaica and Mexico. They were both AMAZING vacations. I believe that was due to the fact that we chose really good hotels, with suggestions from the travel agent there. I booked both of them with Yvonne. She's a little bit abrupt and borderline rude. But, she gets down to business. When I asked her questions, if I could get passed her tone, I could determine if the information she was giving me would work for me or not. We GOT THINGS ACCOMPLISHED!! I like people that are straight forward and to the point. On the flip side of that, there is a man that works there. First of all, he talks entirely too much and you have to filter through all the mumbo jumbo. Secondly, I just got off the phone with him and I could not get him to help me with anything except talking excessively. I asked the same question 4 TIME AND I STILL DID NOT GET ANYWHERE with this guy. He just flat out would not help me over the phone. Honestly, either this company has so many clients and people ringing their phones that they don't need my business or there's some customer service training needed. That's putting it nicely. I asked him if they had any specials and the most roundabout open ended, undecipherable answer that led me nowhere. (I'm slightly annoyed right now because I need a vacation in the worst way) However, they will book you a FANSTASTIC VACATION!!! (I know this, I've used them TWICE) IF #1 You can get Yvonne, you can get past her aggressive, abrupt, and condescending tone. #2 if you can motivate the guy that works there to do some research for you like a travel agency is supposed to, instead of talking in circles and telling you how many times HE'S BEEN TO NEGRIL AND RIVIERA MAYA. I just wish I could get a little less attitude from Yvonne and a little more service from the guy who's name I cannot remember because he talked so much. Considering that most weeklong, all inclusive vacations, at moderate resorts are priced about $1400, I don't think that's too much to ask for. Less Attitude, more business. I'm now on the hunt for a new travel agency.

I cannot tell you enough how very professional and personable Queen is - she was prompt, she helped me understand everything she was doing and why, she advised best practices on how to care for batteries going forward for my car and provided me with the most optimal AAA experience I've ever had being a member now 29 years having gotten my first membership at 16 years old. I sincerely hope AAA has a recognition program in place to honor those who do their job successfully of course, but go over and beyond providing the member with a flawless experience. I fully recognize my car was at home and I wasn't on the side of the road or interstate which is most likely more of the call-for-help norm, however, I absolutely believe if I had been stranded and Queen was in charge of my situation even on the road, my level of service, professionalism and positive approach to my call would have been the same: flawless. Please take time to recognize her in a way that she would value and appreciate to her needs. AAA has always been good but Queen is simply the best. AAA is fortunate to have her.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS TO AAA OR…read moreVIKING CRUISE LINES - shame on both of these companies! Strongly urge all to avoid booking any travel with this company- specifically, any travel for Viking Cruise Lines. My mother and a friend booked a trip in 2025 to sail in Oct 2026 (two travelers in double occupancy room); unfortunately mom was diagnosed w stage 3 breast cancer, which after surgery in June, had spread to her lymph nodes, requiring chemo & radiation. As a result, she had to cancel her cruise. AAA & Viking refused to refund her in the full amount despite canceling ~2 months in advance of departure date. This part we could somewhat live with since technically it was 'her responsibility'- although her oncologist provided letters she was not able to travel due to the condition and treatment schedules- one would think given the circumstances these companies would want to do the noble thing and refund her anyway- neither AAA or Viking would do so. However, the real kicker, upon cancelation, Viking kept 75% of the 10k+ paid for the trip (they refunded 25% of the fare per their policy of canceling within ~60 days of the trip), Viking is now attempting to charge her friend who will be traveling alone in the room, the full amount of another full fare (~$8600) as a "single supplement charge", keep in mind this is in addition to the full fare her friend already paid + the 75% they are keeping of my mother's booking (for which they are providing no services for since she is not traveling) They are threatening to refuse her friend to board unless she pays this amount. To be clear, this is the equivalent of charging for 3 full fares for a room for 2 people. Instead of being able to focus on my mother's care and health during this difficult time for our family, we have had to incur the additional hassle and stress of dealing with these disgusting acts of greed and a complete lack of support from AAA - who has offered no assistance, instead pushing all the blame on Viking.
