More importantly, his conduct after the plea was completed was extremely unprofessional. My mother, who paid for his services, contacted him with a few reasonable follow-up questions. Rather than addressing them professionally, he accused her of "harassing" him and told her never to contact him again. This was surprising and upsetting, especially given that she was the client who retained and paid him. After she filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I was informed that he would no longer assist me with trying to obtain a limited or hardship license to get to and from work -- something I reasonably expected help with as part of ongoing representation. Overall, I felt disrespected, dismissed, and unsupported once the plea deal was completed. Based on both the outcome and the way my family and I were treated, I would not recommend this attorney.

Very disappointed. Very poor communication. I retained Greg Daniels in what should have been a very…read moresimple divorce. No dependants, no major financial assets to divide. Most all communication was deferred to assistants who were clearly overloaded. I never even met Mr. Daniels until mediation. I had to introduce myself to the hosting law firm, the mediator, and the opposing attorney. Mr. Daniels was 5 minutes late, had no plan, except a failed strategy that I'd suggested myself. We spent 6.5 hours in mediation where Mr Daniels and the mediator discussed cuisine, and I discussed man toys with him. Mr. Daniels interjected very little and sent a handsome bill following. Mr. Daniels demonstrated plenty of teeth and bark with me, but was quite unhelpful for the greater and unnecessary struggle my now ex produced. Almost a year later, I am still untangling a tax debt that I brought to Mr Daniels attention on my own.
