My condition can be complex and challenging for any doctor. I recently moved to this area and was feeling overwhelmed at the thought of finding new doctors. Dr. Brown is also new to her clinic but not a new doctor. She is extremely patient, kind and a great listener! She did a fabulous job helping me get my medical records and she reviewed them in detail before my first appointment. She is always on top of things and highly responsive. When I have felt anxious with trying to navigate a new medical system, she has helped me break things down and ease the process. I recently had a lot of different medical needs and I had to contact Dr. Brown and her nurse, several times. I felt bad about bothering them so much but they acted like it was no big deal.
