I paid them... no email receipt or confirmation so I called about 3 hours after checking spam folder and they were extremely rude. I bought it today, I would cancel today if customer service was open but I'll be up at 8am Monday or else cancelling my card. Every time I called Athena back there was no trace of my calls to set up said account when Andrew said he was able to find my case number. Becky admitted they take their calls when they don't answer which doesn't make sense to me when Athena Protection denied that.
