I scheduled delivery time frames with the venue and I thought that would be it...it was not! The chairs were delivered 3 hours later than the scheduled time frame. If the employee at the venue was not willing to stay past closing time, we would not have chairs for our event. When I arrived on Saturday, the (white) chairs were filthy! Mind you, it was an all white affair. They only sent someone to clean the chairs at my request. That person arrived 30 min prior to the start of the event and was still there when my guest started to arrive. He could not get all of the chairs cleaned. When I tried to speak to the owner about getting a refund of some sort, I was told the chair only had scuffs (that was not true)! Not once were the owners apologetic nor did they try to suggest solutions. I will never use this company again. They were only interested in making excuses for all of their short comings like "delivers can get pretty busy" and "the chairs are not brand new, they will have scuffs."

The thing that gets me i told when I booked it would not be available after 6 p.m. on Friday and you still attempted the delivery on Friday although I booked for Saturday. Again cool but what was not cool you setting up a molded tent in my yard for guess to sit under and didn't have the decency to call me in fact I called yall back to back and calls were ignored. In fact I called from several lines just to see if you guys would answer. Sent text on Sunday no answer called on monday morning no answer. Called from my husband phone boom you answer. We live and same neighborhood and you couldn't be neighborly enough to come get this molded ass tent out my yard. So I was at the point because winds were high and tent was rising i was going to let the shyt blow away. Your husband finally told my husband he was on the way. Rented barricades and a red carpet from Any Occasion back at the beginning of September and…read morealthough the renting part was easy, the delivery part could be better. From my understanding, someone was supposed to contact us the day before the delivery to let us know the timeframe but no one reached out. They actually called us the day of the delivery saying their people had shown up at the business to deliver but no one was there (we were closed and needed to have someone go out to meet the delivery person). On the pickup day, I had to call them to find out the pickup time, which was also not very accurate since they were coming from the Woodlands. I waited until about 4pm for pickup of the items. Other than that, the items were great and the delivery people were super nice and helpful. Just hope that they can refine their delivery procedures so the customer doesn't have to wait around all day for drop off and pick up. We paid approximately $150 for the delivery service since you can't go and pick up items yourself.

Last year, I was able to order and rent tables and linen from here and had no problems at all. This year, I order tables, linen, and a 20 x 20 tent with walls. Our event was for December 18, so I requested for the rental items to be delivered on December 17. The initial order was a bit too expensive for my party budget, so I asked our sales representative, Nakeesha Clemmons, to remove some of the extra items to help us with pricing. Somewhere in the process of editing our initial order, Nakeesha changed our setup date from December 17 to December 18. Since the setup date was not something I asked to be adjusted, I did not think to check when the order was updated. On December 17, when prepping the venue for the event with my Event Committee, I became concerned that the rentals had not been delivered. I called Nakeesha to inquire, and she informed me she had me down for setup on December 18. I informed her that, that could not be right as I know I scheduled the order to be setup on December 17; which makes sense since our event was on December 18. I found the email where I originally requestee setup on December 17. I asked Nakeesha to accommodate our December 17 need, and she said she would check with her manager. When I asked to speak to her manager, Jason, he called me back and said the same thing as Nakeesha. I informed him of the issue with our setup date changing. He informed me he was not able to accommodate our need. I am VERY disappointed this happened leading up to our important event. It caused added stress on the date of our event. BEWWARE of this company changing important details without your consent.
