The young men were very personable, polite and the price was very respectable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants great service with a price that feels fair. It's kind of a bid deal to have someone in your home for an extended period, like when contractor is around doing work, so it was really nice that he was easy to be around, took time to chat with us and answer questions. Also, he was careful to communicate things with us, whether to do with materials, time, budget. We appreciate this a lot. We've already shared his contact with friend and were happy to do so. Great work and great communication.

He was very knowledgeable and made the process go smoothly and was receptive to meeting our budget. We had an excellent installer by the name of Ian Taylor who in my opinion accomplished in 3hrs what an ordinary one would take 6 hrs to do. He was easy to work with and very accommodating. My only opinion would be that you include the cleanup by say a maid service in your contract as a professional installer should not have to clean up and read the contract as to what is covered. Clayton also gave us some carpet cleaner which was the best I have ever used so thanks again Clayton. Fully Recommend, Robert Strong.

Because Lyon's management is too lazy to either a) leave a voicemail message on day's off saying…read more'store closed for holiday', or b) hiring staff to take calls, or c) posting on FB whether you are open or not, I had gas money wasted and a lost 40 minutes in travelling time. Being a stat, I searched FB and nothing indicating open/closed status. I called and instead of a person or voicemail message about the stat etc, I had to speak with a dumb-computer. I asked it is Lyon's open on the stat and it dumbely replied, 'we are open Monday to blah blah blah from time to time'. No. I asked you are you open on this stat holiday. It says 'sometimes we do close on a holiday'. I said 'no', I asked you 'are you either open OR closed today on this stat holiday, and if you don't know say 'I'm not certain'. It responded with, "Lyon's is definately open today". I said "Okay but if i drive all the way there and it's not open, I'm going to leave a bad review". it said "I understand your concern about not wastig time, but it is open today...". Drive there, and totally closed. Thanks for wasting my time Lyon's. Cause you're too lazy to post on either the webpage, on FB, or leave a 1-off human voicepromt, or correct the 'LackOfIntelligence' (LOI) bot, I had once again, a wasted trip. I'm done with Lyon's, why do i even bother when ArtKnapp is like 75% better.
