I did finally hear back from another person at the company to transition out as I found someone elsewhere who was able to get me better rates. Who you are working with really shapes your experience at this company.

There was an angel named Braden Willits answering the phone. He immediately took charge and found me Home Insurance and car insurance for three adult drivers in our house, for less than the amount of our raised home insurance! Our budget has completely changed, and we are breathing again! Braden went above and beyond to figure things out for me, answer my questions, listen to my old lady chatter, and making his own calls to other connections to be sure, all the info was correct.
