When I got the quote, he walked around my house with me and told me exactly what I would be needing, the best way to divert/drain the water from my roof, and some general ins/outs of gutters that I wasn't aware of. I felt like i got the most professional and in depth quote from ECG, which is why I went with them instead of the competition. The gutters themselves look great - the seams are clean and most importantly they don't scream "Look at my gutters" when you look at my house. My place is brand new so it was important to me to get something that functions as good as it looks. The install is clean and everything was done in a timely manner. Time will tell how they hold up, but so far I am extremely glad that I gave ECG a chance, despite some of the old less-than-favorable Yelp reviews. We all know that more people sign up for Yelp to write one stars than they do to write a positive review, so hopefully my account and post history show that I'm giving an honest review here. Jules is an honest guy who knows his business, the price was reasonable and the work is spot on.

Not happy! In September, 2023, we got a new driveway from Theriault Paving. It has been a trying…read moreexperience, to say the least. The driveway looked good until the first rain, when we noticed a hump in front of one the garage doors. It was channeling water into the garage. We called. Three weeks later they came to fix it. Their solution was to cut out a 10'x10' area in front of the door and apply a rough looking patch (see photo). We spoke with owner, Dave Theriault, and three weeks later he arrived to inspect the job. Dave said "That looks like sh*t!". I also showed him where the asphalt was lifting and where car tires (light weight cars, too, like a Kia, and my Husky lawn tractor) were leaving marks in the surface and where the asphalt was crumbling. In 2024 they came back, cut out the house half of the bad driveway and repaved the whole thing. Unfortunately, they did NOT remove the entire surface, as Dave had promised. Instead, they paved OVER it. Now my driveway is 4'-6" ABOVE the landscaping (something we told him we DIDN'T want when we contracted for the job to be done). And the driveway does not meet the town's requirements so it has failed inspection (somebody at Theriault Paving failed to get or convey the requirements for a driveway, I guess). In October of 2024 we met with Dave and the town road inspector. Dave then promised they would have this resolved in May, 2025. It's mid June and nothing is done yet. It's been almost 2 years since this started and we have an unsatisfactory driveway that sits WAY above our lawn (like a runway!), making it tough to mow, the edges are cracking because there's no edge support and the surface is starting crumble and give way to tires, again! I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company. They have decades of experience but it doesn't show in their work or follow up with their customers, so far. Dave has been apologetic but follow through and workmanship is greatly lacking.

Water leaked through the floor all the way down to my main floor. I went up to the attic to inspect where the water was coming from. Turns out one of the pcp pipes came apart from my central air system In the attic. There was no issue with the piping during inspection just a few days before. I even went up and inspected the attic myself. And no way it just came apart on its own being professionally installed. My guess is that somebody stepped on it or kicked it on accident and didn't notice it was apart. Either way, the company left damage within the home which will cost us to repair. Alongside the fact that my son has asthma and a mold allergy. That being said another mold remediation company will need to come out to ensure the leak hasn't caused any mold growth. Ive been calling the company for two weeks every day been giving me the run around saying the owner greg isn't in the office today and to call back on a different day. They took down my number and email multiple times and stated that he would reach out. Now that they've run out of excuses, the office manager states to "respectfully stop calling the office. This is between you and Greg. Greg sent you an email". With no email in sight and ZERO communication from the company owner, it's become very evident we're being blown off. They claim in their website to be fully insured but apparently don't care enough to use it to fix their wrong. With all of that being said, do hire them if you want to hire another remediation company along with having holes in your ceilings repaired.
