I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Get a loan from your bank or a hard money lender before doing business with Alliance Funding Group. They will lead you to believe you're applying for a loan, but it will be an equipment lease with very ugly terms. They will not allow you to pay off the lease early without paying all the interest/term payments, they will not even consider working with you. They also tried telling me they did not see my addendum page / agreement that I would own the equipment at the end. They made me produce my copy of the loan docs to honor this. Luckly, I had a copy. My loan was $300k W/5yr term, I had to pay them $145k in interest to pay off my loan 24 months in, so we could sell the equipment. Very shady company. I just spent the last two months working with the Alliance Funding Group to lease equipment for a restaurant. It was the worst financing experience I have ever participated in throughout the process. The Rep did not return calls or respond to my emails in a timely manner throughout the process. I have tried tracking down Rep, I finally reach them via a request to speak to there manager. When we finally talked, I was told that terms went from 10% interest rate to a split loan with a rate of 16% and 15%. I have outstanding credit and I have cash on hand to not lease equipment. The rationale for such a significant increase was another Franchisee had just defaulted and the Server went down delaying my lease from being processed. I get how a default within the Franchise system can have an impact on my loan and that technology does not always work right. I do not get why it takes nearly a month to process a loan and why the follow-up by the representative was so poor with out a clear escalation point when you experience poor service. As it turns out I no-longer have time to pursue leasing equipment given how soon I need equipment at my location thanks to Alliance Funding Group representative. read more

Had a great experience applying at Alliance. Spoke with Mike over the phone and he was straight forward but professional. I interviewed with the hiring woman who was very kind, (Sara McNeil) and again professional. I did not get the position, but the decline email was gracious. I'm not sure what the other people who interviewed did to have such a negative experience, but after all of the interviewing I've done, it was nice to finally have and interview with a reputable company. Alliance recently helped my small business in Ohio secure some much needed financing for IT equipment. We had been turned down by several local banks and were referred to Alliance by our CPA who had worked with them in the past to secure equipment financing for other clients. Needless to say, based on my rating my experience was excellent. They were professional, expedient, and directly answered any questions I had about terms and rates available to me (my credit rating is about 640). They presented the pros and cons of the structure of the lease to me and were never pushy. I had some hesitation about leasing as I had never purchased equipment via a lease.
