The sales call was quick and easy. We even opted out of leaf guard without pressure. The day of instal, the team showed up on time and finished with amazing results and added curb appeal. The yard looked like it had never been touched. A few days later, we had an in person follow-up and excitedly allowed your sign in our yard. read more

I told the sales rep right away that I would make no decisions today. He told me that was fine but you receive an additional amount off if you do make a decision today. After a 90 minute presentation and listening to all his personal tales I asked how long was the estimate good for. He informed me that it was good for today only. What a racket. I had told him I would not be pressured. He told me that he was not pressuring me but that was the way it was. So the buy one get one free offer was only for that one day. I am not stupid. I have other companies coming to my house for estimates. I feel like I was talked down to. No way will I work with a company that treats me like that. I expected the estimate to be good for at least a week or more. read more

Asked for a quote to replace a window and they told me it wasn't worth their time. Unless they did all the windows. They didn't even come out to look at the house. read more

I called to make appointment for roof estimate. They would not make the appointment if my wife was not going to be at appointment. I tried to convince them, I would make a decision without the wife. They would not make appointment. I hired their competitor to do the job, without wife present. read more

Waited several weeks past the promised time for the work to be done. Cost a lot more than competitors. With the extra cost I was disappointed with the quality of the work. Clean up was very lacking. Still finding nails. The materials used seem to be quality. I wouldn't recommend this company. read more

Had a salesman come to our home to explain the bath remodel we were interested in. He did a fabulous job of covering all things involved in the renovation. We spent nearly three hours with him as we had many questions and there were many choices of finishes. Very pleased with the sales process. We didn't feel any pressure from him, only between my wife and I to figure out the finishes we wanted! The remodel crew were all great guys. Mark was very helpful and informative. They made sure they met the deadline that we had. They cleaned up after themselves very well and we even talked about possible future work with them. They were genuinely concerned about us being pleased with their work. They took pride in what they did. We were very satisfied with the whole process from sales to completion. My wife and I would definitely recommend AllGood to anyone seeking some renovations. read more

This company said they give Free Quotes but they have too many requirements in order to get the Free Quote. First, if you just happen to be married, they will not talk to you unless BOTH parties are present. As a long time homeowner, I (we) found that to be extremely intimating to have such a requirement. Then they want to give a 2 hour presentation which nobody needs. Customers do have the right to acquire estimates from any company they choose without insulting one of the homeowners. Therefore, I told them to leave. read more

Rep missed first appointment. Company said someone called off so they couldn't make appointment. Second chance I gave them they wanted to make sure that I was going to be there. They said they were making a special trip for me... I cancelled next day. What an attitude. There special trip was 15 minutes away from me read more

Terrible company. Customer service is little to none. We ordered siding and shutters beginning of October said they would be starting job 2 to 3 weeks. Put 2000 down. No word at all for 3 weeks then they say we have to confirm color. We did when we ordered. No word again for weeks tried calling no return calls. Finally someone calls end of December will start 1st of year. They came out did siding with no vents that we paid for then when done with siding was told they had wrong size shutters and would be special order. Called office and was told they couldn't say why the sales guy didn't order right size . Asked what would be done about it was told he would get back to us and still nothing. Do not buy anything from this company. TERRIBLE. read more

Dave K and Dave P came to my home and gave me an informative presentation. They answered all my questions and made me comfortable with my decision to replace my roof with All Good. Ned came by and also looked at the roof. Put a sign in my yard and explained more details to me. He assured me that they would replace my roof and give me the peace of mind that the materials and work would be impeccable from years of experience. Ashleigh called me and welcomed me to the All Good Family. I'm so grateful for the kindness, candor and professionalism that All Good has shown me. The roof looks beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality, timeliness and job well done. Thank you for treating me like one of the family. read more

If you want a good company to do good work for you in a timely manner DO NOT USE ALLGOOD!!! We had an appointment as well to give us an estimate on a front deck , they called 1 hr after the scheduled appointment to tell us they were running late!! Fine, then called again 45 minutes later to cancel!! Then after the deck was done, to set up a time to sign papers of completion several appointments were made but after 3 scheduled appointments of them no shows!! And we get a call from the owner threatening to rip out our deck!! Keep in mind they are the ones at FAULT!! He has no concept of customer service WHATSOEVER!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE!! This is a fact !! I have voicemail to confirm his actions and appointments on my calendar that THEY MISSED!! read more

I had a 6 pm appt for a quote on a bathroom remodel from AllGood. They called to say the rep might be late between 630 & 7 if the appointment she was at wrote a contract and they would call to let me know. they called me at 605 to say she was still at the other appointment and wouldn't be able to get here until 8 pm. I said no that's too late and it was poor planning on their part. The kicker is they called me twice to confirm that I would be there at 6 pm and also asked if there were any other "decision makers" and if so they should be present as well. Really?? I took off work a half hour early to be sure I wouldn't be late for the appointment. I will not be getting a quote from them and will tell others about my experience. read more

I needed wood siding replaced with vinyl on one wall of my house and they said their vinyl siding is "seamless" and has to replace ALL of the siding on the house. In other words, they wanted to cover all four sides of my house with vinyl siding, even though three sides are All Good. read more

We called Allgood to get an estimate on a roof and new siding. They called us for two days making sure that we were going to be available at 6 p.m. on a Tuesday. We assured them that we would be home. We changed our dinner plans for that evening. Around 5:30 p.m. we received a phone call saying the representative was going to be a little late. Which we were fine with, and understood people run behind. Around 6:20 p.m. we received a phone call that he was not even going to show it all. After reading the reviews this seems to be common practice for Allgood. My opinion is if they're not reliable enough to show up to give you an estimate their work ethics are probably the same. read more

We had a 6PM appointment with their sales representative for a quote on a new deck for our home. We received a phone call that they were running behind, which was fine. I completely understand that things can take longer as I myself lead a sales team. Unfortunately for them, they called again to say they would have to reschedule because they were still with another customer. Poor scheduling on their part. I appreciate their communication about the delay, however I made the commitment to be home for the appointment and left work early so that I would be on time. Apparently, the same can not go for them and their team. I will be moving forward with this project using a different company. read more

If I could give Allgood 0 stars I would. They redid my bathroom a few years ago. I only agreed to work with them because they told me it would be done in one day. Just like the commercials they are showing now. It actually took over 3 months to completely finish my only full bathroom. I was not a priority since they also had a big name client. I also witnessed the laziest workers I have ever seen. An entire wall needed to be replaced because of pure laziness and lack of care lining it up straight. I should've wrote this review a long time ago but the new commercials promising one day for a new bathroom are a complete joke. I would never recommend them. read more

This place has terrible service and products. Our siding was not installed properly and now every time the wind blows a piece comes off. We try to call and complain but there is never anyone in the office. Takes a month to get anyone out to do the repair once you get in contact with someone that actually cares about customer satisfaction. Not to mention the siding has bubbles in it from the heat and "they are contacting the manufacturer about this." I WOULD NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANY. read more

So, it is time to replace my 30 years old roof. The first shingle fell out in 30 years. I am a realtor and I work with lots of people and I can say that an average price for a new roof in my area of the size of my house costs $7K-$10K maximum and it would include the ice protection and the average shingles about what I have now. The AllGood representative came for the estimate and gave me a price for $22K and happily announced that I am one of the luckiest customers who is goin to receive 60% discount and my total cost would be $9,999 or something like that. What kind of discount is it if I would pay the normal price at the end. I asked if I would get pure gold shingles for $22K, he said it would be the best shingles that is available on the market today with 25 years of quarantee, and any other shingles would not last long. But, as I have mentioned before, the first shingle from my roof fell just in 30 years and those were not any fancy, but regular cheap shingles. I guess AllGood can not install the regular shingles properly if they say they would not last long. That is something to think about. Makes me to doubt about the quality of their job. My old shingles were good for 30 years, but , if AllGood installs the same shingles, they would not last more than 3 years (that is exactly what he said!!!). read more

I had a quote from them to do an average roof of $38,000. They came down to $28,000. Finally, if we purchased today, it would be $20,000. No mention of their ad...Buy 1/2 get 1/2 free....She didn't even go on the roof! I had at least 8 other estimates and they went up on the roof. I am getting the roof done for $8200. I was shocked with their estimate! I thought they were a family-oriented business. I would look around before you use their service. However, they would probably do a good job. Too expensive for me! read more

Allgood has fantastic windows and doors were had them installed and our utility bills are almost half of what they were and we can't hear the neighborhood dogs barking anymore. THANKS ALLGOOD!!!! read more

I had windows installed at my home yesterday, and was beyond offended by the behavior of the lead installer. I have two extremely friendly dogs, one pit bull mix and one beagle mix. Both were gated into the back room, out of the way of the installers. This installer had the unbelievable audacity to come into my home and launch a tirade about what terrible dogs pit bulls are and how no one should be allowed to own them. Mind you, he is standing 5 feet from my sweet pittie, who was sitting calmly, wagging her tail. Not to mention, he is in MY house...getting paid with MY money, and is insulting me and my loved one. He never had to interact with the dogs. They caused him no inconvenience. There was absolutely NO REASON for him to say anything. I understand that pit bulls are not for everyone. But, if you are in a paying customer's home and the dog (regardless of the breed) is not hindering you from doing your job, keep your opinions to yourself. It bears mentioning that AllGood has been in my home before: two visits by the salesperson and one previous installation. If one of the installers feels so strongly about certain animals, perhaps it is worth noting, as to not send him into homes that have said animals in them. AllGood will not get one more dollar of my money...And I have shared my story with everyone that will listen. I had windows installed from AllGood two years ago. The work of these installers was FAR inferior to my previous installation. They also left a tube of caulk laying on my bed after they left. read more

We had an appointment at 6 pm to get a bid for windows. The rep showed up on time and was very personable. It took him about 2.5 hours to go through his presentation on why their windows were the best. Since this was the first window company we had out for a bid, we had no idea what the price range would be. Finally, after 2 hours of listening to the sales pitch, he gets to the purpose of the meeting which is the bid. He tells us if we purchase the windows tonight, we can give you a discount. Their advertising says Buy One Get One Free. What they don't tell you is to get that discount, you have to purchase that evening. I told him we are not purchasing this evening. Then he provides the bid without the discount. It was a high pressure sale to get you to sign now. I didn't appreciate it and I believe they are false advertising. We don't make major money decisions on the spot. I asked if we talked about it and slept on it, would the discount still apply and he wouldn't commit. He actually tore the lower bid off the estimate paper so we had nothing in writing. That seems a little shady to me. Just sayin' read more

I asked Allgood for a bid on my son's roof replacement. They gave me a TERRIBLE time, insisting my husband be present as well. I finally convinced them that my son was able to make the decision w/o his father. Gwin was obnoxious! It was all about a hard sell and decision making on the spot. So, the "kid" shows up...no logo on the car or his shirt. He talks about the roof and keeps giving us the line,"I'm very upfront and honest. That's the only way I know to be." RED FLAG! He continues to ask me where I live, mentions that this farm house is quite different from where I live, then asks if I plan to live in the house with my son. I couldn't believe how nosy he was. THEN...he asked what the logo was on my shirt! I didn't tell him. So, he continued by asking,"What private club do you belong to?" I about fell on the floor. Finally, I said, "You are asking very personal questions that are none of your business!". He back peddled, apologized and I walked him out. Once outside, he gave us some more BS...very little about the roof, and asked my son for some water. It was a hot day, but what salesman who works from his car doesn't carry water with him??? SO ODD!!! He said the roof was complicated and he would have to send the installer out. I asked about the buy one, get one free and he said he would honor that. Although, Jordan in the office said that was only available that day. My son and I were really put off by this kid. He was so unprofessional and invasive. NOTHING about him spoke of "small family business". So, I called the next day to cancel the installer inspection, relayed the intrusive conversation he instigated and told them we were not interested in doing business with them. When I told Jordan about the questions this kid asked, he said, "He's just trying to build rapport."WTF!!! How many of you want "rapport" with your roofer???? Did he want an invitation to play golf or have dinner???? THIS WAS THE WEIRDEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!! Beware of this company and DO NOT answer their invasive questions...wish I had put a stop to it immediately! UGH!!! read more

I called this company to get a quote on installing 2 new patio doors. They refused to schedule an appointment to meet with me unless my husband was home, no matter how many times I tried to explain that it would simply not work for our schedule. I'm sure it was a sales tactic, meant to pressure a quick decision at the time of the visit with two home owners present. However, it just felt sexist and insulting to me. I ended up spending my money with another company. Yikes. read more

3 years ago, AllGood replaced our roof, hung new siding and gutters, the whole deal $$$. When the siding was placed they covered the wiring where the doorbell was. I recently bought a Ring doorbell I would like installed only there are no markings where the wiring is located so I can't get to it to install it. When I contacted AllGood for someone to come evaluate this for any markings they may have left to indicate where the wiring was that they covered up I was told "I spoke with our Production Manager from our corporate office and he strongly recommends that you have someone from Ring handle. If we come out there, we would only be able to cut the siding where you tell us to and there would be a charge." Why in the world would you cover up wiring without labeling? And why should I be charged because they chose to cover up the doorbell/wiring? Spent 17K for the project and they can't help fix? read more

I had an extra large patio door installed in 2012 along with 2 windows. The patio door has to be strong armed to get it open. Finally the handle broke. This is the only way to let my dogs in/out. The window fell out when I was raising it. In both cases they are denying the "lifetime" warranty. The service woman tried to tell me the reason the window fell out was operator error. They refuse to repair the patio door saying its difficult to open because the wood under the frame is swelling & that's not the mfgrs fault. Plus they want $150 to send me a replacement door handle plus $75 just to come out. The service woman would not let me talk. I had to yell at her "can I say something?". As I began to talk, she started talking over me again. She was so rude. And yes they do try to force that sale on you when they come out. Don't DON'T buy from them. Call other places. They also stuck it to my brother & sister in law increasing the price after they gave them a lower price to start with. read more
