No elevators or inconveniences. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The staff made sure I was comfortable and fully explained the process of allergy testing prior to the procedure and then afterward Dr. Lumry tailored a treatment plan specifically for me. One year later I am no longer waking up sneezing with my eyes almost swollen due to allergies. For allergy shots it's a quick and painless, no appointment needed procedure with (mostly) flexible hours. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. If you suffer from allergies I highly recommend seeing Doctor Lumry. The shots are expensive but worth every penny if you value your quality of life.

The other staff at Dr. Lumry's office have always been helpful and friendly. My shots were a bit delayed because of a office mistake, which was a bit frustrating, but I did appreciate that Dr. Lumry personally called me to apologize and to make sure that they were doing everything they could to resolve it. Also, I find the shot check-in process a bit antiquated. It involves printing my name on a sheet of paper in a nook in the corner of the office, and sometimes, no one is watching, so I don't get called for the shot for an extra 10 minutes. Other than the check-in process for shots, I've been satisfied with the level of service I've received. I'm 5 months in to my shots, and I think I can finally tell the shots are making a difference.

The doctors here are dedicated to helping their patients whether my Primary doctor was Dr Gupta or now Dr Safdarian the transition between doctors was seamless. I would highly recommend then in treating Asthma (yes I am a patient), Allergies (again a patient thou I have not needed the allergy injections), and Hereditary Angiodema (man did the doctors, staff and I work hard on learning about that one together). I showed up, checked in and was told to take a seat and wait. 40 minutes have gone by and I asked the front desk how much longer I need to wait and she tells me that I don't have an appointment for today that it was for last Thursday 5/4. There is no email, text or call that this was the appointment and she did not say anything when I checked in. Like seriously? They have the audacity to add a charge for "missing" the appointment. Terrible customer service!

I think she has a filing cabinet with paper records and notes of every patient. When I saw her last month for respiratory infection she pulled my folder out, read through my history, and then prescribed my medication. In the past she helped me get my asthma under control. I went from literally having to take multiple medications during lunch in preschool because I was so weak to being in the top 8 swimmers in my age group in Texas when I was 12. Sure I did my hard work in the pool and maybe I grew out of it a little but Dr. Jiang's support definitely played an important part. The front desk is very friendly. I remember getting free stickers on the way out as a child.

I wish she was my doctor for everything because she is super intelligent, scientific, intuitive and KIND. Compassion is such a rare trait in a doctor these days and she is definitely that! I have asked her advice about medical issues that are not even allergy related because I think she knows more than most of my other doctors. I am just so thankful I found her all those years ago. She is truly a gem in a fairly apathetic medical system.

I decided to go in for a consultation due to the proximity of where I lived. I called to make an appointment, and I specifically told the staff that I wanted an allergy test done, and the lady I spoke to was very informative where she told me to stop taking my over-the-counter anti-histamine meds 1 week prior to my appointment (this advice ended up saving me an extra trip to the doctors, because apparently it would have skewed the allergy skin test if I had continued taking it.) So the day of the appointment: I checked in as a new patient and was surprised to find no actual paperwork to sign - everything was electronically signed with the assistant up front. Free coffee in the waiting area, and the wait time was relatively short. My nurse took my history down electronically and then went to get Dr. Rahimi. He's awesome!! He took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me, down to what caused my allergies and the treatment options. I even ended up asking him several questions about some of my past diagnosis with other doctor specialties, and he was very patient and answered my questions thoroughly to the best of his knowledge. The nurse did my skin test on my back. It only takes 15 mins to get the results, so afterwards Dr. Rahimi went over it with me. Out of the 61 scratches, I came back positive for 40! Dr. Rahimi had a very nice way of putting that I was a rare case where I was almost allergic to everything haha. We talked about a plan for allergy shots, to help my immune system build up a tolerance for my allergens. He told me about a "rush day" I had to complete at first, and told me what it consisted of. Then the nurse came back and explained medication instructions to me, with an easy-to-read paper handout. I also thought I would have to go get the medications filled at a pharmacy, but she already prepared the tablets in a neat baggy that was labeled with which medications to take and when. What a convenience! When I was checking out, I was surprised to learn that an assistant already checked with my insurance to see what was covered for my 2-3 year allergy shot plan. Furthermore, as I was waiting for her to collect my co-pay, she came back and told me that she didn't want to keep me waiting because their card reader wasn't working properly, and that she'll just collect it during my next visit. Overall I spent about a total of 2 hours at his office (but a lot of it was NOT due to waiting) and had a wonderful experience where I know my health is in good hands with Dr. Rahimi and his staff!

We tried all the over the counter meds and my wife went to a pulmonary doc who got here some relieve with an inhaler. All hit and miss stuff. Our regular doctor told us our conditions were almost identical. so, we decided to see a specialist and Yelp help us select Dr. Rahimi. That turn out to be a good choice. Our first appointment was very comprehensive and lasted almost two hours. We had all kinds of tests for allergies and breathing abilities. Our technician was very pleasant and thoughtful. At the end of our tests Dr. Rahimi met with us and discussed the results. He scheduled us for blood tests to further investigate our problems. In the meantime he prescribed some OTC products for me and some prescription items for my wife. It has been three weeks since our first appointment and one week since our second. We are both experiencing relief of our symptoms. I would not hesitate to refer Dr. Rahimi and his clinic to friends and family. They are good people!

Review of Dr. Milan Sljivich - Allergy Partners…read more Poor Rating - Do NOT visit Allergy Partners 5056 Tennyson Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024 (and offices at 760 N Shiloh Rd, Garland, TX 75042) Terrible! Dr. Sljivich will overcharge you and bill you for services not rendered. Do *NOT* visit this doctor. Prior to cancelling my account and all services relating to Dr. Sljivich and Allergy Partners, I called the office (with a witness at my side) to be sure I owed nothing more. I was told my balance was $0. Then I received a statement with a $0 balance. A month later I was billed for $174 (from an added charge of $920 that appeared out of nowhere). Insurance paid their portion, but Allergy Partners said I owed $174. The billing discrepancies go on and on. A mess of conflicting responses via corporate staff and the local office in Plano (Tennyson Pkwy). One person tells me I owe nothing and another tells me I owe $174.00 ("patient responsibility after insurance for the $920 charge"). 1) Allergy Partners ( Dr. Milan Sljivich ) is attempting to charge me $2300.00 for antigen series (100 units). I only had 8 injections. They billed me a new antigen series ($920) a month after I cancelled all services. Allergy Partners said they couldn't charge me for the full antigen amount, (100 units for $2300), because Blue Cross Blue Shield wouldn't allow billing for more than 30 units at a time. BCBS confirmed this was incorrect. (bogus!) Two previous charges for antigen serum were $620 each. Now a final charge of $920 a month after I cancelled. 2) Allergy Partners told me it was required that I pay $300+ on my first visit; this was completely unnecessary since I have insurance with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Turns out I overpaid because Allergy Partners charged me for the incorrect amount, so Allergy Partners had to reimburse me $83. I'm happy to provide details about my situation. Allergy Partners is unethical beyond any organization I've experienced. More... Blue Cross Blue Shield has requested my medical records from Allergy Partners. Allergy Partners has not complied with BCBS' request. (see allergydoctorreviews . blogspot . com/) Allergy Partners has billed me $2300 just for the antigen serum (100 units); this does not include charges for the test, doctor visit, or injections. I only had eight injections.

The first time I went to Dr. Kamili for an examine after my face swelled up from seasonal allergies; she spent almost 30-40 min with me doing exam, consultation, discussing concerns. She never tried to rush me at all, only provided more and more info as I asked so many questions. Decided to come back for various patch testing of common chemicals in products after longtime living with moderate eczema on scalp (and nightmare aftermath with most shampoos). Dr. K was awesome at explaining how to prep and what to expect of treatment and post -treatment. I plan to return for the allergy tests to prick test for seasonal allergies. Staff is great, very friendly and fun to see them travel between the other locations. Always good to have friendly, familiar faces in different doc offices. Overall, I think Dr. Kamili and the staff are amazing here! Be sure to ask for those sample meds too, they hook it up.
