Zero stars if I could. We had granite fabrication done, and they cut one of the corners…read moreincorrectly. When the owner, Sherri, came to look at it, her immediate response was to blame the installer--even though my husband was home during installation and knows it was not caused by him. Their "fix" would have made the flaw even longer, so we declined and requested a credit. They offered a measly $250 and never once apologized or took responsibility. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability and professionalism was unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this company and would strongly caution anyone considering using them.

Think twice before using this company. While the office help is wonderful, the installers are not…read more They are rude and disrespectful. This was a large job that required 12 pieces. They came out and just slapped them together, did not clean nor seal them, cracked one peice of granite, did not listen nor involve the homeowner, nor inform of when they were leaving, did not pick up their trash and left cigarette butts outside. Were not interested in answering any questions. When called back by the General Contractor to fix the errors, they were rude to the point that other contractors on site were apologizing for their behavior. GC called them back in to clean up their trash and apologized for them again. They just lost not only my additional job, but any further jobs from this GC.

I would give House Dr of Littleton zero stars if I could. They did the absolute least - and the…read moreresults have been appalling! The solar lighting they installed on my garden boxes stopped working in less than six months -- completely useless. The garden boxes the installed are already swelling and I will undoubtedly have to pay a FAR MORE reputable company to undo the MESS that House Dr of Littleton created! They also had to reinstall my outdoor fan, which fell again less than two months after they left, because they apparently thought drilling 3" screws into a plastic outlet box would hold it. This is nothing short of reckless and unprofessional. To make things worse, they tried to bully me into paying an extra $13,000 without any explanation or justification. One of their employees showed up consistently high and, bafflingly, felt confident enough to leave me with weed of his own! The entire experience has been a nightmare of half-assed work, unprofessional behavior, and blatant disrespect. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sham of a business. They are a complete waste of time, money, and patience. Carefully consider your involvement with this company!

Inside they have installed a whole wall of blackout curtains, sealed our double doors that were leaking at the front door, re-caulked around the baseboards and tub in the bathroom, and finally repaired the running board on our treadmill!
