The initial meeting was all hype "pie-in-the-sky" advising these are open and shut cases. We ended up pleading to probation on the two municipal cases, this after Randy, who "represented" us, was requesting that we settle with a $250 fine. They have done absolutely no work on our civil case and we have requested four times for an itemized list of actions they performed on our behalf for the $6,000 we paid them and they have not responded - big surprise. Since we have moved to the area a few years ago we have discovered it's difficult to find people who operate with integrity, honesty and character. Unfortunately, Prugh Law Office, has also made this list of people (companies) to steer clear of! If you find yourself in a similar situation I suggest you file a report with the state at the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.
