The offices are spacious and welcoming, and there's even some toys for your children to play with - keeps them occupied for a couple of minutes, anyway! All of the staff that I have come into contact with have been friendly and efficient. I took my mortgage out with them last year, and the Mortgage Adviser made the process as easy as it could be. I'd highly recommend using them for your savings, investments or mortgage if you're thinking of changing. The only problem that I've found is that they don't offer a current account.

We met with the landlord, who was extremely friendly. Every house that we viewed she attended with us and spoke to all of the people in the houses. She knew everyone! That really put us at ease, and you quite often go to places where the landlord clearly has nothing to do with their inhabitants. In the end, the houses that they offered weren't for us but that's not because the service wasn't good enough or because the prices were too high. We simply found a different house which we decided we loved more.
