Bryan gave me different invoices that all equalled different amounts…read more the first invoice wasn't itemized so I asked for it to be the same way he sets up his estimates and when he did that, the amount was almost $1000 more. I asked for an explanation of the differences in price of the invoices and he wouldn't respond. I asked for a STAIN on my deck and he had his friends paint it and it was HORRIBLE. They got paint on my screen and my house. Just look at the pictures! I asked him to finish a room in my basement with texture and paint on the walls. I requested he use orange peel texture to match the entire rest of my house. the final project looks NOTHING like what I asked for. He also painted my ceiling different colors and got the wall color on my white ceiling. I asked for compensation because now I have to hire someone else to fix and he went back and forth with saying he wouldn't charge me to he changed his mind and is charging me. During this back and forth of me just trying to get my money's worth for what I paid for, he threatened legal action if I didn't pay. I asked for copies of the contract that I signed at the beginning of the project and he has ignored me and not provided me with the paperwork that I am legally entitled to. When I tried to use the yelp guarantee money back, he lied to them and said he didn't charge me for the paint or texture and wrote me an email saying I was abusing the system! He also posted pictures of my house on his Facebook page without my permission. Bryan will bully and threaten you and he does NOT know what he is doing. I wish I would've kicked him out of my house. PLEASE DO NOT make the same mistake I made.

Avoid This Contractor -- Save Yourself the Headache…read more Hiring this tree contractor was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a service provider. What should have been a straightforward job dragged on for 11 months, with him showing up maybe two days a month, and only for a few hours at a time. The only thing he was consistent about was stopping by to collect more payment. Once the full balance was paid, the work stopped completely. His lack of professionalism caused issues far beyond my own trees. He damaged my neighbors' property, left ropes hanging in their trees, and created tension that I ended up paying out of pocket to fix just to preserve the relationship. Even after all that, he never returned to clean up the mess he left on their property -- now I have to hire someone else to finish what he abandoned. Communication was extremely poor. I repeatedly asked him to show up and finish the job, and he either ignored the messages or made excuses. By the end, he claimed he had "underquoted" the job and refused to commit to a completion date unless I paid him more -- after nearly a year of delays and broken promises. Every time he did show up, he left trash, materials, and drink containers scattered around my yard as if he'd be back later that day. Then he wouldn't return for weeks, leaving me to clean up after him. If you're considering hiring him, do yourself a favor and get a quote from literally anyone else. Choosing a different company will be the best decision you make.
