She is so friendly and caring. Valerie is a very ta'lented stylist. She takes the time to listen to your needs and adds helpful suggestions too. I showed her some pictures, she was able to pull the top of one and the back of another- colors from two and put it all together. I'm very happy with the cut and style we came up with. It being her first time working with my hair- I'm impressed. Short hair, asymmetrical cuts aren't the easiest. Valerie has the experience. I look forward to working with her again. While I was there we had some great conversations about many different topics too. Take note she only excepts CASH or CHECKS, need to ask her about zelle. Found her pricing reasonable. Salon studio bright, clean and well organized, nice view too!

I had been looking forward to a pedicure and builder nail manicure. My appointment was at 10…read more The manicure started out beautifully however at 1:15 Yule was still working on my nails. (Never did get to a pedicure) The product was thick and uneven with residue left on my fingertips. I had actually gone in the week before to interview their nail tech who was a darling woman. I questioned her about techniques and products. The pictures on line of her work were amazing. HOWEVER Nearly 3 and 1/2 hours later I paid $62 for just a manicure and left a $10 tip to be polite. THEN had to find another salon to FIX my nails. In addition, I had told Sue the owner, that I would be looking for a consultation for my hair when I came in for my nail appointment. At the receptionist counter I mentioned this to Beth as well that morning. The salon was not busy yet no one made the time. How this experience made me feel, personally, there is no need to explain.

The front desk staff were juggling a lot when I came in, she might be newer, but they were still super friendly and helpful and told me about her new baby. While I was there, they happened to have a same-day opening for a nail appointment, so I grabbed it. If you're planning to get your nails done too, just plan for an hour or a little more. What a treat. Overall such a nice visit.... great conversation, great service, and I left feeling amazing. Highly recommend!
