I was genuinely pleased with the result, and I hope she personally received the $47 tip that the spa management automatically added to my bill. I would have preferred to tip her in person. Unfortunately, my experience at the checkout completely overshadowed the service. The price I was charged did not match the price I had been clearly quoted over the phone. Instead, I was charged an additional $70, and with the further $47 tip, my bill came to almost $250. When I questioned the additional charge, I was told it was because two different colours had been used for my highlights. However, I was never told there would be an additional charge or given the opportunity to approve it before the service was carried out. I should also mention that I am a senior citizen with extremely fine hair, probably about half the amount of hair that most people have. It's not as though I have unusually thick hair requiring extra product or significantly more time. I left feeling quite taken advantage of, which was extremely disappointing after what had otherwise been a positive appointment. If you are making an appointment with this salon, I would strongly recommend confirming the final price very clearly before your service begins and asking whether there will be any additional charges added to your bill. Again it does seem like this salon automatically adds a service charge to the bill, I just hope the technician actually receives that full amount.

Jackie always greets me with a smile. I have rosacea and when I turned 23 I started getting little bumps and pimples on my cheeks and brow area. I've tried everything starting with Neutrogena products, prosacea, every possible cream and even antibiotics, but nothing helped. So you cancel an appointment I show up for on a Monday morning and the person I'm supposed to see isn't in and you don't let me know and there is no recourse but if I'd cancelled and didn't let you know I'd have to pay? That's a great policy for you...thanks for nothing. These patients are seen ahead of you if you have an appointment. They have 4 women upfront to make and set appointments for the treatments and 4 or 5 "PA's" could be more that do all the office visits and skin checks and biopsies, not a licensed medical doctor unless your insurance states no PA. Extremely slow office if you make an appointment be prepared to wait up to an hour past your appointment time just to be seen. (Based on the 9 appointments I have had at this office since July 2024). Today's appointment was the first time I was actually seen by a MEDICAL DOCTOR and not a "pa". The doctor is afraid of negative feedback when asking her in person today about issues in person, only has lame excuses. There are better dermatologists in Southwest Florida dealing with skin issues and not making their primary money injecting fillers and Botox. If you don't mind being treated like your time doesn't matter then this is the place. If you have an appointment be prepared that your appointment time will changed or be rescheduled because if they have a patient that wants fillers and Botox they will take that person over you.
