Yep. I wasted my time and money at Allegra. Dealt with Crystal. Bad experience. Check out Printing Center.

Jason Kunz came out to our private ranch and shot one of our homes and it was an amazing experience…read moreas Jason explained exactly how everything worked. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and is extremely respectful. He got the finished product to us literally the next day which truly amazed me as it clearly had to be a lot of work. We enjoyed not only Jason's company, but the work he provided for us. Jason and Speaking Socially did such an amazing job that we're planning on having him come back up and shoot another 7 of our homes! Thank you Jason and Speaking Socially!

I recently self-published a book and used the printing services of Printing Center USA. I had…read morenever used them before but the ratings looked decent and the price was very reasonable. The entire process of uploading files and review proofs couldn't have been easier - mainly thanks to Rachael Strunk who kept in constant communication and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. I was also pleasantly surprised to discover that they also made a digital flip book of my publication so I can share it online. When I finally received my books, they looked great! I will definitely use Printing Center USA again and urge anyone who is considering them to go ahead and take the plunge!

Beware of the 'dedicated rep' experience they advertise. My Client Experience Specialist, Katrina,…read morewas largely unresponsive throughout my order. When a cover page error occurred, I was told it was entirely my fault for approving the proof -- conveniently leaving out that there were already flagged concerns with my file that Katrina never bothered to communicate to me directly. No call. No email. Just silence, and then blame. I understand that proof approval carries responsibility, but when a specialist is aware of flagged issues and stays silent, placing all the blame on the customer is poor service. A simple phone call or email could have caught this before it went to print. I expected more from a company with this many positive reviews. Proceed with caution and follow up proactively -- don't assume your rep will. Scott C
